But why bring the whole project to ground even after a lot of investment have already been made both privately and publicly. The Sivaramakrishnan committee which was commissioned exclusively for deciding the capital by the central government rejected to establish the capital at Amaravati

Construction cost TDP spent is more than 10000 per sft in Amaravathi where as the actual construction will be 1500 per sft normally. construction cost went up many times greater in Amarvathi because of nature of soil and heavy corruption during chardababu regime and flood prone region. Being the deficit state, AP cant spend so much of amount. Development cant be made so easy at Amaravathi. No IT and other industries will come. vizag already has good amenities so development will be made fast and state will progress. Even I lost individually land at Thullur (got for more than 1cr per acre hard earned money), but its fine considering the benefit of the state. People should not be so selfish, please let the state flourish. Every one should understand the facts and figures. Chandrababu ji you did lot of inside trading and selected wrong place, why people should suffer because of you and your son greed. Jagan sir had taken good decision for the benefit of state. Actual we should file legal case against chandrababu for inside trading and large scale. corruption. Amaravathi farmers you should understand the facts. Even I have lot of lands at Amravathi but I am ready to give up for the benefit of the state. Its my own mistake to get the lands at uneven exorbitant prices at Amaravathi not considering bearing capacity of soil. Unnecessarily chandrababu spoiled the fertile lands for his own gains. I myself sold land 1.90 cents of land to local mla in 2014 for lesser price. they know capital is coming ahead of public statement.
