Double 5* is pretty much spot on. And on top of some things you mentioned, the score was fantastic and it's wild that Andor was building the very thing that killed him. I don't think all Star Wars has to be like this. Every facet builds the Galaxy and it's a vast array of different experiences to explore, so there's room for Jedi, Sith, The Force etc, but for me this is currently my favourite Star Wars thing ever. Brilliant TV. It definitely needs more viewers, just like other great shows like The Bear.

Andor is just lightyears ahead of the rest of the SW stuff. It's more adult less for kids but they spent their budget on getting actors and writing. It's amazing

@@chancemoreno6466 I enjoy Mando a lot and if people say that's their favorite I can totally see why, but objectively Andor is a better made show. Talking here about acting, writing, production, etc (in some areas Mando is better but like in general)... and tbh pretty impressive they made a great SW show without recurring to constant cameos, nostalgia bait or the skywalker family 😅

Andor pitched a PERFECT game OMG!!! Its a damn shame people aren't talking about this show and giving it the praise it deserves. Some people had the nerve to nitpick and talk down on it. Everybody talks about how the studios need to be and do better but the CONSUMER needs to do the same. For some reason its trendy to hate on things for no reason at all. The "Fanatics" are hurting the product and not helping. Can't Wait for Season2....Struggle Nation did a great Interview with Tony Gilroy on their Channel

Man, that boy's face, that raw emotion. He isn't even saying anything and he's conveying so much!! The actor's name is Muhannad Bhaier. No overacting, but just in the moment FULLY!

I think Season 2 of Andor will have more space stuff. Damn, didnt think I'd hear comments about Gilligan's Island on here, but good comparison for Syril and Mosk. Such a great episode to finish the season. We have what Luthen wanted and that was for Andor to join him. Hope to see Bix and Brasso and B2 in the next season! Syril and Dedra totally did it in that storage room. Great reaction guys! Don't know if you realized that the parts they were building in the prison were parts being used in that end credit scene to help build the machine that will eventually kill Andor.

Andor season 1 was A+ quality all around. For me, the writing/dialogue and the acting performances is what made Andor outstanding. I look forward to season 2.

After watching Andor I watched everything in order. Movies wise. From Solo to the Return of the Jedi. I tell you this Rogue One and New Hope when the Death Star exploded hit much harder now.

Sadly, the haters of this show fall into a couple of categories. Some people only want a cartoon show with lasers and wacky aliens. Fair enough. The other people saw the diversity in the trailer, a Mexican lead actor, and the anti fascist message - those people are pretending it doesn't exist. They also hated Boba Fett with it's Mexican showrunner. Great reactions lads. Peace

I'm not worried about this show at all - and I quote from wikipedia: "According to Whip Media, Andor was the 3rd most streamed original series across all platforms in the U.S. during the week of October 16, 2022,[101] the most streamed original series across all platforms in the U.S. during the week of October 23, 2022,[102] the most during the week of October 30, 2022,[103] the most during the week of November 6, 2022,[104] the most during the week of November 13, 2022,[105] the most during the week of November 20, 2022,[106] and the most during the week of November 27, 2022.[107]" Maybe it got off to a slow start, and this meme of it not gaining interest has just continued ... despite the facts showing the opposite, as it has quickly gained traction. The quality of this show is interstellar - and it's reflected on Rotten Tomatoes at 96% (4% short in my opinion - but you can't please some people)

The Daughters started the funeral procession earlier than the Empire had allowed, and with many more people. But when the band changed from a funeral dirge to a battle march, I knew the Daughters had some serious shizzle planned. I don't know if they had already previewed Maarva's speech, but I wouldn't doubt it.

Yeah for me this show is easily 5 stars and that’s coming from someone who was checking for this at all. And if you guys are going to get into more Star Wars tales of the Jedi is the next place to go.

I would watch you guys react to Gilligan's Island...maybe that's because I'm an old fart lol. Sorry but you're wrong, Mando is the appetizer. I love how, after everyone giving him the cold shoulder in the first couple episodes because of his dealings, everyone pulls together when it counts. That is what makes the show feel so REAL. Yes, Cassian, Marva was great. Supposedly they wanted her to say "F@#k the Empire" but Disney made them change it to "fight". Poor Bee 😞, 2nd best Droid to R2. The best thing about Andor is that it ties real world issues organically into the story so you dont feel like its hitting you on the head. Which characters, besides Kino, would you want to see a spin off series? I vote Marva, show her and Clem before Cassian. There's theories that Luthen is a Jedi, personally I like that there isn't a Jedi. I wouldn't mind him being either a Jedi or a Temple Guard that COMPLETLY turned their back on the Force in order to fight the Empire. It would make sense with his speech, using the tools of his enemy.
