I thoroughly enjoyed watching Chris make Dr. Huberman blush. Just goes to show how humble the man is. Men want to be him, women want to be with him, and he doesn’t have a clue😂
I'm gonna show this to my wife. She seems to think it is weird that I make her wear a black shirt and fake beard in bed. This video proves that it's perfectly normal.
@@randomnobodovsky3692 hmm I’m not hearing what you’re hearing. He does so to make a point and answer Chris’s question. And he starts talking about his podcast but only to reference a guest who is expert in the area under discussion. But that’s not the same as talking about yourself as a self-inflating thing.
@@randomnobodovsky3692talking about one’s self in a self absorbed manner is not the same as using yourself in explanation to acknowledge you stand by the science your speaking…
I can confidently say that Dr. Huberman is probably the ideal type of every woman ❤ he's got the brain, the muscles, and an air of genuine kindness about him.
It’s always so funny when Andrew, being as intelligent as he is, doesn’t know cultural things like cosplaying or BBL’s 😂 says a lot about his dedication to his work
@@geoattoronto honestly time and attention well spent. I wish I didn’t have ADHD so I can just focus 100% on what truly matters like my education and training myself to become a mother learning child psychology etc because I want 20 kids when I’m 20
of course he knows.. he's cosplaying an intellect and he's pretending he doesnt know as if it somehow makes him more important as someone who is supposed to know all things regarding health.
Is he? At 5:30, when asked a question, see how much time he spends on talking about humself before answering. Soon after, he returns to "Huberman's husbands" without any reasons, mentiones his tattoos etc. For a humble guy, he talks about himself A LOT.
@@randomnobodovsky3692 Well this interview question is literally asking him how he feels about all of these women literally wanting a man like him.. and he seems to deflect away from himself and towards science. So while he uses himself as an example, he navigates this topic very humbly… in my opinion 🤷🏻♀️
He showing people how to be a good listener. He's a scientist, making observations and taking care of his end of the dialogue--this guy is teaching so much...
Alright, I’ll admit it: I’ve got a major soft spot for Dr. Huberman. It’s not just his undeniable aesthetic appeal. What truly stands out is his dedication to self-improvement, combined with his authenticity and kindness. He seems like he genuinely wants to be a force for positive change in the world. 😊
Chris explaining BBL to Huberman is hilarious! "Can't they just do hip thrusters?" No, Sir, that would take too long. Propelling Huberman's expertise to the next level!
Huberman is genuinely kind but looks like he can kill you. He's also an extremely smart individual and has a quiet charisma and confidence that derives from these qualities. I believe that's the case.
He is a true Alpha, the kind that women really want. Kind, intelligent, great conversationalist, very masculine and focused on serving and bettering humanity.
"Pure"...so true. I recall his recalling when one of his friends asked him, "So what are you going to do for the world this year?" and he had already thought about it and had an answer.
Can confirm! As a female that watches all these podcasts, Huberman, Chris Williamson, Lex Friedman… it’s almost given me an unrealistic expectation of what men should be like. There aren’t enough men like you guys in the world! ❤
Tell me about it. Most of the time I talk to anyone (male or female), I end up thinking: 'Damn, I'd much rather listen to one of my podcasts, right now' 😏 Genuinely smart, interesting people are incredibly rare in 'normal life'. I guess it's a bit like with men and 'OnlyFans' and such. Having constant access to the 1% in terms of both beauty/sex appeal has made 'average women' unappealing to them, whereas listening to these guys has made 'average men' unappealing to us. Oh well.
@michaelhowington4205 that’s a silly thing to say, wouldn’t you rather that those women bettered themselves as well so that there’s more better women out there to match the men? More people in general should be working at improving themselves, both men and women.
The attractive part of the Huberman mindset in a person for me is the constant willingness to learn and educate oneself to improve to be the best that one can be via patient, methodical scientific methodology, and then having the self discipline to both do the research and implement the changes, and to be flexible to needing to make adjustments over time. It also has a built-in quality of self-agency and preventative healthcare in particular built into the mindset. This mindset doesn't have to apply only to health or science or even sex/gendered behaviors.
Dr Huberman is definitely the kind of calm and value driven personality I’d be attracted to if I knew someone like him in person. Or at least, his public persona. (You never know what someone is like in private). But he seems genuine and it’s a pleasure to listen to him. I can see why many women would hope their partners emulate some of his qualities.
Love a kind voice! Especially if it's rooted at 5yrs. Dr. Huberman is the epitome of kindness. The gift he gives us every day is nothing short of priceless. Thank you for hosting this brilliant, kind man!!!
This is very refreshing. You guys now know each other for a long time and you can basically talk about anything without being weird about it. I wasn't expecting a lecture about BBL to Andrew lmao
That’s what’s so sexy about him. You can tell he doesn’t waste his time watching porn or looking at Instagram models on social media like most men these days. An intelligent man who has passion and interest and curiosity for learning is a dying breed.
Here is the thing. A whole bunch of women think Huberman is the ideal. The problem is that the vast, vast, vast majority of women are not compatible with a "Huberman" because they will not put in the effort he does.
My cousin (40f) thought he was ideal until I (40m) pointed out he's not her type because he is a workaholic and would have no time for her. She considered it, the light bulbs went on, and that crush disappeared.
I come here to laugh about Huberman husbands, and Huberman still ends up teaching me about neck health and how to change my voice LOL! He does it naturally.
Without trying to be, Huberman has become a great example of masculinity in a world today where many men don’t have many public figures who they would perceive as good role models. Huberman is many women’s ( including myself) dream guy. He is intelligent without arrogance, masculine and assured of himself but still approachable and friendly, comes across as kind, good looking, takes care of himself and his passion for science is endearing and makes him interesting. It’s not that I want a man who necessarily wears a black shirt and tells me to get sunlight in my eyes in the morning and does cold ice baths daily. It’s the amalgamation of the qualities I’ve described above that Huberman has that make him so irresistible to a lot of women
He has the warmth of Hagrid from Harry Potter, the intellect of Harvey spectre from Suits, the ethics of Steve Harvey, the bedroom energy of Khal Drogo from GOT and the charm of McDreamy from Grey's anatomy. ❤😂
Love him! Andrew is amazing. I've included him in my studies as one of my main resources. Not only is he brilliant, but he's humble and real. I discovered him by accident, saw some of his content and loved it... followed him since. Amazing professor, would have loved to take his classes, but he brings the classes here. I totally appreciate him sharing and making his knowledge accessible, plus you can tell that he does it with passion, from the heart, and out of good will. 💚 THANK YOU! Professor. Nice job in this interview! 😊
I love the fact that you were educating him on some of this crazy reality that’s out there in the world. You just keep being you and know that not everybody is into this craziness that’s out there. I am a 50 something year-old woman trying to meditate and refocus my body and doing it for myself trying to get healthy and I appreciate the information you put out there manifesting positive and stay strong.
I love the character development. Been listening to Huberman for the past 2 years and loved learning things like how he's tight with the skateboard culture and a real punk rocker.
I have been watching Huberman for years, recently found out one of my best friends do too. Anyway, I love Huberman podcasts! ♥🧿Huberman is one of the best role models for humanity. He is humble, compassionate and has a passion for learning.
This episode probably wasn't intended to do this, but I fucking laughed my ass off during this one😂 Amazing chemistry between you to. First time seeing huberman being a guest. Very fun to see more of his personality this way😂Brilliant stuff Chris!
Aww, you'll have to go and check out the last time he was on Chris's podcast! 😁 And yeah, I agree how about how fun it is to see more of his personality ❤ You get to see more of it during his podcasts with Lex Fridman (they seem to be good friends, it's sweet) and also when he appears on certain comedians' podcasts, such as Tom Segura and Andrew Schulz 😊 Might be worth checking those out too!
It is so great to see two people who have found their purpose/passion in life. Keep lighting up the world with your knowledge and expertise (and lovely smiles), you’re making this world a better place. Is there any greater achievement?!❤😊
Hot scientists for the win. You know it's fascinating how mature he is, he doesn't even know cosplaying. What a wise scientist, never even wasted 10 minutes on useless things.
Yessss! This is so awesome. Thanks for bringing the man again, I really loved the conversation from the last time you brought him. Looking forward to the full thing!! Very very cool
I'm a Korean.전 한국사람이예요. I have often seen Chris's reels in IG and met huberman in RU-vid and IG reels as well. You two are very popular in Korea. I have many interest in Brain science and self-improvement. So, I really want to say thank you. My english is not that good, so sometimes I understand only some parts of yout contents because of some professional terms and native's phrases. But, I really like to see you. I hope you two make many contents together for your fans. Thank you, always.❤
Mouth shut , tongue in the roof of mouth and breathing through your nose is great advise . Not just for certain training tools but for life ! Great pod , Peace 😎🔥
Andrew is the perfect embodiment of "You are what you say. The quality of your speech reflects the quality of your soul" he is one of the most powerful healers alive on planet earth today, so thankful 🙏
Love this!!! This clip put the biggest smile on my face - I’ve been struggling with depression and this just made laugh so hard 🤣 Thanks Chris and Dr. Huberman!
I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks Andrew Huberman is sexy AF. There’s something very appealing about a man who practices self-care, and knows himself.
Where are these type of women? I want one that is scientific, well rational, empathetic, but also spiritual so their life isn't completely revolved around them and have a higher ethic and moral compass. Seems rare these days in men and women
Im so happy to hear I’m not the only one crushing on Andrew Huberman. What an exemplary man in all ways. If I could have a drink with anyone in the world, it would probably be him. I feel like I have so many questions! I also appreciate his ability to explain neuroscience in a very comprehensible way. I now have started my path towards a career in neuroscience because I have unlocked a huge passion for it since listening to his podcasts!
This is just a masterclass on how to have a conversation, bar none. No matter how weird how off topic at no point was it off the rails. Kind is the best adjective.
I became Huberman-pilled during Covid. I mean not with the larping, but with the 'science based protocols'. Keep the wagons rolling Chris - you're doing great work....
This is not only highly educative ( i do hear Andrew since more than a year now) but also this is candy to eyes for women that value the health and science overall. Thanks!
There seems to be a common desire: Smart, strong, & kind (more specifically, intentionally a good person)... These qualities can greatly improve ANYONE'S status. 😎
Always started watching him because of the type of guy he is, and his advice is what I was looking for so I could become Intelligent, smart, good looking and efficient and possible. So I’m not surprised this is happening.
This video has me dying! I have been following you both for a long time so this was great ❤ “What is a BBL” 😂😂😂😂 - men - neck training 👀 “remember your neck is your upper spine”
BRB gonna go start training my neck 🤣 also gonna search through Andrew’s podcast for videos on TMJ 😅 LOVE YOU ANDREW HUBERMAN, you really are setting the standard for what a healthy masculine is. We are here for it 🙌🏼
Not going to lie, my best friend and I did discuss the hotness level of some of the podcasters we listen to. Both you, Chris, and Dr Huberman made it to our super attractive list! And truthfully we don’t typically talk about hot guys but it’s a little hard not to notice smart, sweet, good looking masculine men! ❤
Andrew is just hot in almost every way possible. He is very pleasant in demeanor, constantly seems to be in a genuinely good mood, but also has a naturally strong physique ( just saying natural part because women seem to like a naturally strong looking guy(, and has a PHD. Guy is a major need. He is just packaged right, mind and body
Dr. Huberman is the embodiment of that "your daughter calls me daddy too" meme. So it makes sense that there's a trend lol My favorite part about this is him wanting to truly understand cosplayers 😂
The segment about voice and postural alignment resonates so much with me as I was also called ‘froggy’ when I was 5 yrs old. Had major vocal fry. I had a head injury as an adult that affected the alignment of the fascia in my head, neck shoulder etc. which in turn affected my Vagus nerve. The VN is a major nerve connected to vital organs and if you have a problem with it, sometimes your uvula will be swung to the side. This is a sign of degeneration and you may have a slight cough. Mine is to the side and I’ve had to work on my palate tone. All so interesting. Note- the tongue is a major muscle in the upper vertebra.
