Andrew Kim it's the same octopus game as the last Dev preview. And it works like Chrome on desktop does. Just select the email or username and it autofills the rest.

Ender Steel You don't need to root to get a custom ROM. Most custom ROMs need to be rooted after installation should the user want a rooted ROM.

You have to make sure it's turned on. Only a certain group of apps work. If you tried to use RU-vid, you need RU-vid Red/ Google Play Music subscription.

Whatever happened to a phone just being a phone? Don't get me wrong these new features are cool and all, but I liked the days when a phone just did one thing- make and relieve calls. I have been using an iphone for so long that I almost forget how much more features and functions android has. Thank for the video. It makes me remember the good old days when I can expand my notifications for details with a glance, or how google now remind me to attend a meeting and suggest the transport options and tell me the weather too, right when I need it. ios 11 is a mess. My next phone will be pure android.

I just received the update for my Pixel this morning and here are a few things I noticed: - The notification light flashes at a faster rate than before (about every second compared to every 5 seconds before) which makes it way more usefull! - The percentage of the battery now appears next to the battery icon instead of inside which makes it easier to read cause it's bigger. - The colours have changed from black to white in the top menu. - The Google assistant is now available in french...enfin!! These maybe are subtle changes but until now I find them really usefull!

Aashay Rane I read somewhere that it'll take about 6 months before Samsung customises Oreo and allow their phones to update to it. Not sure about the exact time tho. The closer to stock android a phone is, the faster they will get the update.

No excitement whatsoever for any newer version .. resurrection remix 7.1.2 , stable, powerful, battery optimization, and with substratum ( flux white + rounded UI) it's hell of a beauty.. Google stock Android takes 1 or more versions to reach it. And iOS , well you know.. they are happy with their bug fixes with newer version names lol

I Just got oreo this morning on my 6p, but it looks the same, its installed and the settings are different, but the UI looks exactly the same, i thought id get a new look for the icons and other visual differences, am i missing something or does only pixel phones get to look that way

Egoista it has been so for years man. People don't like to give samsung credit beyond their cameras. They always bash the software. U actually like the software samsung offers. My s7 is fast and does everything I want it too with morning features than any phones that is not a Samsung so I'm not bothered. Everyone has am opinion.

Give it a shot! I LOVE my Note 8! But I was an iPhone user since original, switched to Android on Note 2, needed that big screen an sPen! Never looked back... :)

How to make the contact display phone numbers bigger or more distinct, Oreo 8 is too light color and not contrasting properly, hardly can read the contact names or numbers in poor lighting in dark area...How to adjust this aspect?
