I do have to praise this movie for how faithful of an adaptation it is. From an adaptation standpoint it was essentially the animated mario movie before the animated mario movie. They recontextualize stuff from the games in a way that makes sense. The plot on paper is perfect.

You did not talk about the part where the three birds were swimming in the Eagle's "pool". They put their mouths drinking the water. When the Mighty Eagle peed on the "pool" it took really long to show the bird's realization the pool was a toilet and that they swam and drank from the Eagle's toilet.

"Fever dream" Cannot even begin to describe this movie. That being said, I do really like it, personally. It's a hot mess, objectively speaking, but it's an enjoyable hot mess. Haven't seen the second movie, though.

Something I realised is that the plot of this movie would work pretty well as a donkey kong movie.

I'm not sure if they meant this but since those eggs are fertilized there are bird fetuses in there, so scrambling them would probably be more difficult and less satisfying than boiling them into balut.

Personally, as someone who grew up with the Angry Birds games I rlly liked the Angry Birds movie and still find it to actually be a rlly funny movie to this day. I don’t see how the movie’s generic especially compared to the countless schlock Disney pops out these days. Like genuinely its outta pocket comedy, is way better than most crap in family movies.
