meee tooo! I keep finding these beginners and they are like "beginner is still hard, its just the basic movements" I need the prequel to their beginners!
At first I wanted to write that you explain and show very poorly. Then I started to figure it out and realized that the case was on my side, I was in a hurry. You show me all the movements perfectly, I couldn't repeat it for the first time, it was my fault. I'll try it tomorrow. I'm glad I found your channel, I subscribed, thank you!
This is an excellent workout /stretch made to look and be simple as possible so as not to discourage or intimidate. Same moves as capoeira (google it) but with fun animal english names. Less like yoga... Looks like a fusion.. nothing new or trademarkable.... More like an adaptation , borrowing .. north americanization of brasilian capoeira... Well done ! Like the cute american names for the brasilian moves . Sincerely so. .. what EVER gets men and women to move and get healthy i say!!! ❤❤❤
I feel great after this!!! First class ever with animal flow and love it even tho I couldn't get the Las movements perfectly, guess I need to get stronger! 🙃 Thank you!!!
Awesome breakdown, and instruction. Would love to start with this and follow through regularly, but for beginners, I think this would be better suited to first wrist strengthening for a week or so.
Excellent instruction- I thoroughly enjoyed the flow and found it surprisingly demanding on my cardiovascular system. Will definitely be practicing each and every day.❤
I'm a complete beginner, only been learning this for a few days it's so amazing and challenging. I get a bit confused when doing crab underswitch but absolutely love trying the different moves. You explain everything so clearly thank you
glad I found this :) a few years ago, I had a friend who I trained with who was training to teach AF, so I followed along as she did some AF as a pre-work out stretch, I hate that once COV hit I stopped training and just stuck to my running. Now, after much procrastination I've finally got back to training (gym) and refound AF, and am following along with this as my morning stretch/preworkout, before I head to the gym Thanks
Second day doing this workout with you and how you are not slipping because of sweat on your hands is beyond me haha I'll keep practicing and hopefully that comes with time Thanks for the video!
Thank you beloved brother much appreciated. you are an amazing teacher. im going to practice this one for a week and go to your next class. InshAllah. many blessings.
Excellent class. As a yoga instructor I appreciate these movements; while some types of yoga allow you to "flow," they tend to still be a linear, masculine practice. These primal flows invite movement and the opportunity to build strength while doings so; such a low key feminine modality for exercise. Love it! Thanks ya'll
I am pretty fit and athletic, but WOW this was so different and fun and *difficult* , I fell on my but a couple of times doing crab stuff lmao. Subbed!
Wow, recently came across this. I admit at 68 years old this is tough. The hardest part is the stress on the wrists. Really need to improve that flexibility in order to fo this. But I WILL !!!
I am a healthy 30 yr old who works out regularly. This workout should come with an injury warning! My wrists hurt and I pinched a nerve in my neck in the middle of doing one of the moves that thankfully went away pretty quickly. I stopped 1/3 way through.
