Whole rural towns are employed by mass prison complexes that need Black bodies to populate them. The entire judicial system needs Black bodies to sustain their salaries (cops, lawyers, judges, probation officers, halfway houses, etc) The entire Real Estate structure, starting with HUD's projects housing system (nee, legal concentration camps) feed the judicial system the bodies they need by preventing escape from the carefully planned "projects to prison pipeline." The entire education system labels the entire Black population as 'special ed," and therefore aids in supplying the judicial system's. If you have just a basic knowledge income. you can not deny that the system currently in place sustains itself off Black bodies. For these agencies, it's not racism. It''s financial.
