I was a whistleblower for an VA money theft. You won't believe how hard it was to find a law enforcement person to listen to me. I was told by several agencies including the police department it's none of their business. A person stealing 100 dollars it's a big problem while a person stealing 5 millions it's not. I thought Federal funds approved by Congress must be used for their allocated purpose, by law. You can't use funds allocated for welfare for anything but that purpose. The DOJ will have to prosecute all involved. This story is absolutely egregious to the Rule of Law.
