We are learning the NER’s in therapy and one of them deals with acceptance that something may or may not of happened and simply as you so eloquently put it….. “ No click bait” that helps me with the intrusive thoughts I have in my theme. And with practice and patience some days are easier than others the compulsions are less frequent and intrusive thoughts that used to plague me for days have become mere moments. Coming and going as they please but not disrupting my day to much anymore 😊 Thank you Nathan you have helped me on my journey
