Taipei is still cool to visit but as I think you know there is so much more to Taiwan than Taipei 👏🏻 One day when everything is safe I cannot wait to go back to the Philippines !!

I think because I paddled on the right side growing up it def limits my SUP paddle stroke because many people switch side when paddling but.. I stay on the right for the most part. I just J stroke and draw stroke to help me steer

Oh really!? I didn’t have any problems with mosquitoes that day. I know in Taiwan mosquitoes can be an issue though sometimes

Haha actually no! Because I did paddling for so long growing up, none of that stuff scares me. You should try SUP! It really is amazing

Taiwan’s mountains are pretty tall! At first I thought you meant my height 😂😂😂 Isnt Hehuan the tallest 🤔

@@LayersOfJenn Yushan, Jade Mountain, is the tallest mtn of Taiwan, just shy of 13,000 ft or 4,000 m. It is also the sacred mountain to two of Taiwan's indigenous tribes. To make the top 100 of the world's tallest mountains, you'd have to be at least 7,200 tall. I have never climbed it but I heard you need to be trained for it due to possible altitude sickness. From my own personal experience, like when I visited Yosemite, I was like "whoa, majestic". You are like in awe of its beauty. Taiwan's mountains, in my opinion, don't strike you like that. Instead, it's as if you are whisked away to a fairyland or something. Anyway, just my 2 cents. Don't mean nothing. Hehuan is the tallest mountain accessible by cars, I believe. If you do decide to go explore Taiwan's mountains, please be well prepared as the weather changes rapidly in Taiwan's mountains. Sudden rains and strong gusts are common. Many ill-prepared hikers have succumbed to hypothermia b/c of this and needed to be rescued. Worse, some have passed away including several renowned veteran hikers. Many of the more treacherous ones require registration with npm.cpami.gov.tw/en/index.aspx I would never make fun of anyone's appearance. 😃
