My daughter had her twins at 29 weeks and they spent 80 days in NICU, she was required to pump every 2-3 hours during the day and 3-4 hours at night to get milk supply where it needed to be…she ended up exclusively pumping because the twins never completely took to breast feeding…Unfortunately this was during Covid and no one was allowed At hospital to help…they stayed 10-12 hours each day and went home at night, it was very very stressful …. They just took a long time to learn to eat… you will have a different experience this time as this is different baby with different issues…. It will all work out and you all will figure out how to make it work…what we did was clean their house, deliver meals to them, did their laundry, took care of their pets etc… lean hard on family and friends when they offer to help
Girl, I just have to say…I’ve followed you since you were pregnant with the twins. You’ve always been one of my favs to watch. It’s such a joy to see you doing so well now though, genuinely happy, & content. I’m so glad you found Luke, your safe place. ♥️ All the best to you and your growing family!! 💕
Your hair is always gorgeous! That's what drew me to start watching you😂 I was scrolling youtube and was like wow her hair is so pretty. And been watching ever since.
Just and FYI…If you do have a c-section, you can elect to have your tubes tied after the delivery. You need to have a consent form signed and on file with your doctors office before the delivery but it is an option of things do not go as planned and a c-section is needed. Wishing and praying for the best outcome.
Your ex’swife won’t meet you? That’s sad! Guilt, possibly? You look awesome and I am SO happy that things are going so well for you! Praying for your sweet baby.
I don’t think she has anything to feel guilty about except her claiming I lied about the abuse… maybe a little for that 😬 But it’s hard believing someone can be that way when you love them. I try to sympathize with that. I don’t think she a bad person, this is just an awkward situation because of the history!
Her refusal to meet you and show a United front to your children is a huge red flag. She is putting HER feelings before theirs. It’s unfortunate that so called mature adults can’t see what is in the best interest of the children.
I've always loved your hair it's so beautiful! ❤ I recently got hand tired exsentions, would you be able to do a video on how to take care of them or frequently asked questions you get about them?
i delivered my NICU baby last november on a friday, went back to work on Monday. Started maternity leave when he came home. It’s not going to be easy when you have to constantly back and forth to the hospital see him and drop off breastmilk. But in the end, it did save me a ton of maternity leave time.
@@MidwestMom i felt ok, because i had a very very quick labor, he’s my second born. Plus he was less than 5 pounds, recovery was actually a lot faster and easier than my first born. But the 1 month NICU stay was very very rough, due to i had to go back and forth to the hospital while working at daytime and pumping at daytime and nighttime both. I also have to cook for myself while doing all these things together. I’d recommend cooking saved meal ahead of time so that you have less to stress about when dealing with NICU.
Colostrum is the best part that she will need and as much breast milk as she can get. It’s made specifically for her so it will help her heal. You know all that. You and Story have this. She will master it and you will too.
So happy for you, I have been following for a long time. My twins was in the NICU and one on feeding tube. I would recommend start pumping and stashing until she is ready for milk. I stashed some and took what the other twin needed. C- Sections are hard but if you listen, get up and move when they say it’s painful but the best decision you will ever make. You have a great village behind you ❤
Girl I can’t even tell that you’re pregnant without seeing your belly! I feel like I’ll be the type that has a huge swollen face when I’m pregnant lol Wish you the best 💜
I didn't realize you breastfed the twins. You didn't owe any explanation about the Tyler situation, but I felt you handled the answer well. It was brave for you to leave a comfortable situation to find a better situation for your kids.
I could never get my husband to get a vasectomy! All of his close friend did it he was a chicken! Lol I had a c-section with our daughter after all that nope wouldn’t do it! I enjoyed this Q and A! You look beautiful glowing! 🥰🤗💗🌷
No one is worth it. I don’t care for her character as a person but I’m glad the truth coming out put a stop to it. Hopefully one day she grows as a person!
I had a c-section and my dr. wouldn't release me to go back to full duty as an occupational therapist until 8 weeks. we don't have light duty either. keeping my fingers crossed for a healthy delivery and baby! ❤
Anna, you really seem to have your s**t together! I admire that about you. I also love your positive attitude. Wishing you the very best. Things will work out I’m sure. Take it a day at a time.
I have breast implants and they are under the muscle and I was able to breastfeed my daughter she's 3 and we are expecting baby number 2 in October and I plan to breastfeed again ❤😊
@MidwestMom 🤞🤞🤞 fingers cross you get too. My best friend sister had hers as well she was scared she wouldn't get to she lost all sensation on hers and was scared she wasn't, but she got too. It wasn't as much milk as she wished she would get each time but she got to do it for 6 months. I know every surgery is different. But I pray it works out. 💜💛🧡🩷❤️
My best friend had a lollipop lift with implants under the muscle and had an unexpected little one after 2 kids and has been able to successfully breastfeed! I hope that you’ll be able to too!
