​@ccbgaming6994 An average high school varsity track runner can do it. I did 4:55 and was barely on the varsity team. 20 years later I pretty much have 0 chance. 😂

Sam Schwarting The way his avatar is running really quickly on the spot at the beginning seems to suggest his treadmill can send power and cadence. As he is not physically on the machine at the start, his cadence wouldn’t be detected on the belt so his avatar doesn’t move. Maybe it’s a smart treadmill or has something like a treadmill tracker sensor like a Runn on it. I was worried that he’d trip and get spat out the back. Beautiful technique

@@grobbosixtyone maybe just a stryd footpod as he just jumps on and off with the belt moving at full speed. you can see him manually adjust the belt speed at certain points.
