Dear KI, Thanks for your contact. I understand that you want to transfer the 70 minutes video from iPhone to this JD Drive. Let me help to to solve it. Kindly please check the size of this video. I guess it may be larger than 4GB. If it is larger than 4GB, then please check the default format of the JD Drive, you can check in the Settings: Settings --- Format --- External storage ----> please check whether it is exFAT or FAT32. If it is FAT32, need to change it to exFAT. Here are 2 situations: 1, If your JD Drive is 128GB, you can change it from the APP. Please Do Backup the JD Drive before formatting. Settings --- Format --- Click the External storage (FAT32) --- click Format ---- exFAT ---- OK. 2, Formatted USB flash drive on Mobile terminal only supports up to 128GB. So if your JD Drive is 256GB, you only can change the format from the computer. Also format to exFAT format. Please Do Backup the JD Drive before formatting. @@ik8278 You can use Backup function on iPhone/iPad, it can downlad all of your photos and videos at one click. During this process you need to spend time waiting for it. After your backup is complete, you can click File/folder---Backup---Phone Backup to check the things you just backed up.

The USB flash drive uses 1000 as the conversion unit, that is, 1GB=1000MB The computer system uses 1024 as the conversion unit, that is, 1GB=1024MB In this way, the capacity of the USB flash drive recognized by the computer is smaller than the nominal capacity of the USB flash drive, and the firmware will take some capacity, so the actual use capacity is about 90% of the marked capacity. That means reaching 90% is qualified: 512GB*90%=460.8GB=471859.2MB 256GB*90%=230.4GB=235929MB. 128GB*90%=115.2GB=117964MB

Please understand that our JD Drive will not change the pixel size of any format of your picture, it will keep the original of the picture. For computers ( no matter Windows computer, laptop, or Apple computer, since they have USB port, they would be supported), no need to install any app, it doesn’t have the one click backup function, it only works as an ordinary USB (thumb drive), that means if we want to back up or transfer photos from computer TO the iPhone flash drive, we need to do it manually. When using on iPhone and iPad, you don’t need to eject the U disk safely, just unplug it directly is ok. (it’s better not to remove the flash drive during the transfer process).

Dear damansky11, Thanks for your question. I am sorry to reply you till now. This iPhone photo stick is mainly designed for iPhone and iPad that with Lightning connector and iOS 9 or above. It need to work with dedicated APP JD Drive (which is also Apple MFi certified) preinstalled in iPhone and iPad. And it has powerful One-click Backup function on iPhone and iPad. But on computer or Macbook ( need to has USB port), it only works as a regular USB flash drive, doesn't have powerful one-click backup function, we need to manually transfer the data between iPhone and Macbook. So, you do not need to install JD Drive on Macbook.

You can backup photos videos form the text message,but you need to download it on your iphone then the iphone photo stick can recognize and copy it. Chatting history/record cannot be stored by this iPhone photo stick due to privacy consideration.

More likely they put a bug in the stick to download into our device to steal Apple Pay. Apple is not good with security when it comes to the trash ccp.
