Ingredients:
for the apple cider :
600g apples
100g orange
2 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1000ml water
for the apple cider latte
18g coffee beans
100ml apple cider
120ml oat milk
1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Instructions:
1. add all the ingredients for apple cider in a large pot, simmer for an hour.
2. mash and strain the apple mixture.
3. brew espresso, then add 100ml apple cider.
4. make form milk and add to the latte.
5. Enjoy!

「材料」
アップルサイダー
りんご 600g（無農薬のものが手に入らない場合は皮を剥いてください）
オレンジ 100g（有機のものが手に入らない場合は、有機みかんでもOK）
シナモンスティック 2本
クローブ 小さじ1
ナツメグ 小さじ1/4
水 1000ml
コーヒー豆 18g
アップルサイダー 100ml
オーツミルク 120ml
メープルシロップ 大さじ1（お好みで）
「作り方」
１、アップルサイダーの材料を全て大きめの鍋に入れ、１時間ほどコトコト煮ます。
２、潰して漉します。
３、エスプレッソを淹れて、アップルサイダー100mlを加えます。
４、フォームミルクを作ってラテに加えます。
５、エンジョーイ！
