Thank you! In Windows 11 it's a little different, you need to open the shortcut properties, got to shortcut tab, click Advanced... check "run as administrator" and apply

This helps me get in, which is much appreciated. Still, my Apple volume isn't shown for Startup disk; in fact, that tab doesn't even show at all, but i notice it doesn't show for you either... very strange.

Thanks for the video. It was bugging me when I have to switch back from admin and standard user to launch BC contral panel.

KINDA works but still missing startup disk settings. You can just hold option at startup, sure. But this isn't completely perfect but thank you. All I needed to do was get it to open once to turn on the trackpad features. The rest is built into Win 10 now (I know this is more for Win 7) and I access my startup disk using the hold option key anyways and leave it default to Mac OS anyways.

Hello :) In my hands it doesn't work in Win10 x64 (1709). A upon launching the newly created shortcut a window opens and then closes immediately. Is there something I should change in the command line in order to adapt it to Win10? or is it the same as in Win7? Thank you very much in advance for your help. Best, -J-

Worked here, Windows 10 on August 26th 2020 However, it only works if I open the shortcut's properties, go to Advanced, and mark the option "Run as administrator"

Just make a full update windows 10, this is the reason, when you full update your windows you dont need runas command...
