hi! in which certain cases can use the invoices? I'm doing specific job to extend the visa but I dot get to have payslips because I work in ABN

Is form 1263 only for visa 417? or could it also be applied to 462?

Hello! I have a question, I hope you can help me :) I'm applying for my second year of a Working Holiday 462 visa. I'm filling out information about the jobs I've done to extend the visa. They ask for the address of the company's office where I worked, and separately, they request information about the remote location where I worked for the company, which is the postal code that matters for the extension. I enter all this information, and when I hit confirm, a summary of the completed information appears, but the postal code that shows up is the one for the company's office, which isn't the postal code that matters for the application. Is this correct? or am I doing something wrong?

If I wanna apply the second visa outside Australia when my first visa is gonna expire will I get the bridging visa B? Do you think whether we have more difficulty when we apply the second visa outside Australia? Kindly advise. Thanks so much

I want to know if i can get a 2nd working holiday visa? I had one about 5 years ago, i stayed in australia for the year then left when it ran out because i decided not to do rural work and stay any longer. But someone told me now ive been out of australia over 3 years i could simple apply for 417 again. Is there any truth in this? I also have luxury or being from Ireland. First time i came out on a british NI passport. If i applied again with Irish passport (i have both) would this technically be seen as a seperate application from previous and allow entry as using different passport, allowing me to start first year of 417 again? Hi mate, unfortunately if you did not do your farm work on the WHV, you will not qualify for a second. You can only apply for the first WHV once (regardless if you use a different passport).

I really need to know before i think about doing this which is my dream. Can i do working holiday visa *first year* without diploma from highschool or is that a requirement? or is it only a requirement for second year? I really need to know this and i cant find anything online..

I was granted with a Working Holiday Visa (417) in February 2020 and i could not travel to australia due to Covid situation. I have been trying to clain a refund. Does anybody know how I can do it?

Can we get a third WHV after a certain number of years from the last one (ex: 5 years) like in Canada? Cheers

Unfortunately not. In order to get the third visa you need to have undertake regional work on your second WHV

@@jbabroad3567 yes! Just count 40 hours as 7 days. Everything else is too confusing! I spent hours with research, there is no concrete answer out there. Do yourself a favour and work 40 hours, so you don't have to be worried. Cheers from Byron bay

@@jbabroad3567 well, first at all, I don't think that it counts if you work as an auper... And working only 2 days a week won't give you the days you need I guess?

@@kevogoeswild-wildlifenatur7411 no my work as an aupair doesn't count. Thats why I want to work on a farm when I have days off in my host family. But that would be only two days per week. And I don't know if its okay to do only two days per week until I reach the 88 day.

Just got my 1 year visa before I turne 35 I will be 36 years for the second year is it still possible to get second year visa if I’m 36 years many thanks .

I believe you need to be under 36 in order to apply for the second year visa
