Keith David as the voice of Arbiter is gold. Nobody could do it better.

The Arbiter is my favorite video game character ever. His dialogue is amazing. I like him much better than Chief too because he's more developed as a character. He even tries hard to show compassion to his enemies like where he tried so hard to convince Tartarus to change his mind even after he tortured and nearly killed him.

For me, Arbiter was the star of Halo 2. Master Chief was just a side story for fans to be able to catch up with the star of Halo CE. That's what makes Halo 2 my favorite game in the series.

It’s crazy to think of how good these graphics were for the time. In 2004, when I was just a happy little 11 year-old kid, this was THE pinnacle of gaming and graphics

If only there was a campaign that was just in the Covenant's perspective, mainly the Arbiter or others?

That campaign loading screen is nostalgic beyond any measure.

The "heretic" should've offered the arbiter to leave on his ship and ask the oracles all the questions he want to know the truth of Halo rather than idiotically shooting the arbiter like crazy

Halo 2 is my favorite for a lot of reasons but one of them is the story of The Arbiter. The Arbiter was written so well, his dialogue, how he became The Arbiter. I was more interested in the Elites in this game than Chief and humanity honestly.

i just realized something master chief only says one sentence to the arbiter ever when there talking to the gravemind.

Thanks! The other older version of the Arbiter cutscenes (which looked like 240p) has about 130,000 views, but I promised the viewers I would eventually make an HD version, so here it is. I added an annotation link from the old one to here so hopefully they click here instead now.

Yeah just in the end, he doesn't have on in the start of Halo 2. Only after the war between the brutes and Elites he gets one.

i miss the old old halo 2 cutscenes sometimes. . The anniversary cutscenes do so so many things right but messes up the rhythm for me. It always feels alittle off.
