It looks ok but they never show it with the rear seat folded or removed or the hard and soft doors installed. If it were a commuter, that would be the more usable configuration.

Upside of driving a motorcycle: you don't get stuck in traffic. Upside of driving a car: You are fairly protected, specially from weather, inside a metal box. So, are you trying to sell me a vehicle that combines all the downsides of a motorcycle and of a car in just one? Amazing!

Its a great vehicle and it is going to sit nicely in the space of ultra small commuters that don't burn fossil fuel. The roof alone immediately gives it advantages over motorcycles. Some people just struggle with "new ideas" and petrol heads almost always struggle with electric power. Small e powered vehicles are the future! Big ups guys.

For $7700 I can buy an fully enclosed ZEV Electric trike (the 5 door one with the hatch rear) with 80 mile range and a heater, windshield wipers, etc. I want one with the 100 mile range option, still less than an Arcimoto

Look this was never intended to replace a car. Yes 11000 will buy you a very nice used car. But that's not the point. Your buying a daily driver just for short runs. The main point for this is to not use gas for short runs. It's cheaper in the long run to use than your car. I ride my motorcycle almost everyday to work. I use my car 2 times a week average. Of course when the weather allows. So if I can get this electric vehicle. I would save in gas and vehicle maintenance. I don't care about being green. Not my thing. My thing is saving money.

A lot of negativity in these comments. This a really cool little trike and should be a lot of fun too, 0-60 in 7.5 seconds, will probably feel very FAST. They need to get these out on the road and show more videos with the sides on, that's how most of the world will be using them. $12k is a lot but it's going to need minimal servicing and fuel costs will be almost non existent. Get them on the roads!

You can get a high end motorcycle for that price, but at least you can drive it all year round, get a nice tax break from Uncle Sam, and no need to buy gas at the pump.

I have corolla S, I need to pump gas $28/wk, let just count it $30/wk, one years will be $1560, SRK cost 11900, so if I diver this thing 9 years, the gas saving will paid off this + battery replace after 6years(battery cost $2500)

i doubt they will sell much having it 11k. no radio so traffic reports on the way to work, 130 miles wouldn't even get most people to work and back home unless they live right in the city they work in so that limits your market. what they should do is make a four seat version with longer range, solar charging and radio
