Very helpful. I suffered 2days my right arm can’t move side by side very excruciating cant grasp anything, with same symptoms i was thinking to have xray, vit b complex injection, buy supporting wrap for my elbows even file a sick leave😂 but this technique ease the pain in just 2minutes. Hello, so if I massage the trigger point (where I don't necessarilly feel pain), the pain in the elbow and wrist area goes away?

​@@genesisz3419if releasing trigger points didnt work for a muscle, then that means that another muscle is causing it to tighten. Try looking up what muscles support that muscle and then try loosening them first. Ex. Brachioradialis tightening could be coming from another forearm muscle, the biceps, or the triceps. Personally, I have a bit of scoliosis, so the pain and tightening travels all throughout my muscles from my spine to my fingers and legs.
