Thanks for the video! I'm a solo business owner that runs a lawn mowing business. I've been wearing the cheap $15 Denali pants from Sam's club and the Wrangler cargo pants from Walmart and need something better. I've been wanting to try Carhart pants but didn't want to spend the money on pants. I spend it on my work boots wearing Red Wing and Merrell hiking boots for mowing. I just need to spend it now on pants.
I have the same carharrts. They are tearing in the center. The button broke off mine. Easy fix. If you are looking for long lasting. The 5.11 patrol with cargo pockets. Don’t get the patrol that look like little square dots. They rip instantly. You will thank me. Also look for military surplus if you do not mind camouflage. I’ve been looking for the ultimate survival pants and the two I’ve mentioned are the best so far. I hear the Duluth has a good pair of jeans and LL Bean would accept returns of damaged clothing but they stopped.
Carhartt got a nice side pocket for your phone on the right leg of the pants. Not sure if that is present on your model, but look up the models with that pocket - carpenter style. Use it and you wont have the pocket issue.
I bought a pair and didn’t even last a month before there was a hole in them. I work in auto manufacturing I’ve already reached out to Carhartt in getting a replacement pair. For the money they cost they shouldn’t rip or tear that easily
