This was very informative, yesterday I checked my bp and ot was 125/119. So as of today I'm officially working to better that number hopefully without meds. Thanks
Yesterday I went to donate my blood for the very first time so I was really nervous about it. I passed all the test fine except the blood pressure part. It was shockingly high omg it was 208/98. Right before they took my BP, they did the finger needle blood test so I'm certain it did not help. They let me sit & calm down for 10 minutes and tested again. It was down to 188/82 so it helped but I was still over the limit. Now I'm worried and I think I really need to start checking it at home and most certainly I need to change things. Thanks.
Ditto! They took me aside, removed my shirt and had a doctor with a stethoscope start checking my back. My only thought was “at least I’m near a hospital”
I've seen doctor's on RU-vid recommending "Niacin-B3" for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, etc. which I find that very interesting as well. 🤠
Hai I been having this kind of a... compressed feeling like..someone is pressing on my head from both the side. And am having this feeling for the past few days where it occurs randomly.....is it caused by high blood pressure
