​@dawntodusk7660 State Troopers are all PIT certified, and in Arkansas they have way less restrictions than most states, so you usually see local departments allowing troopers to pass

@@Dr.Acula76less restrictions? After watching a bunch of these I’m trying to figure out if they have ANY restrictions. You’ll see a lot depts refuse to PIT above 45 mph, AST will spin you out at 100mph+.

The text of one ASP report stated the Trooper waited till the vehicle reduced to a "safe speed" before performing the intervention technique. The dash cam showed the GPS speed was 97-105mph. Arkansas State Troopers have their own definition of "safe speed." 😂

Unfortunately on the interstate people are oblivious to lighter and sirens and rules/law for traveling in a passing only lane. I think they should take a photo of the license and send them a ticket.

I am pretty impressed with their professionalism. Also surprised by how many of the perpetrators are compliant and non-combative after they are stopped. Arkansas must be more laid back than I thought.

Not trying to take away from your comment, but I think that was his passenger. When the car wrecks out you see the young looking guy with the ASP Academy shirt on. He was probably a trainee that was almost finished with the academy and doing a ride along. Probably his first pursuit. Still awesome though.

I’ve never been to Arkansas but if I ever go there I will be sure to drive the speed limit, have my license and registration, proof of insurance and most importantly, NOT be in a two day rental car with 40 pounds of meth in the trunk. 😅

That's not funny at all, they put an awful lot of lives in danger in this 1st chase video I watched, speeding through red lights & around traffic & at high speeds, putting children's, & peoples lives at risk, why? To give a damn ticket ? REALLY !!? Not worth people's lives !! 🙄😠

@pixidanberty5530. Police shootings of unarmed civilians are incredibly rare. Less than 20 whites and 10 blacks a year are victims of such a thing, in a country of 330 million people. Also, MOST of the "unarmed" people shot are actually actively fighting and or trying to grab the officers weapons when they are shot. So "unarmed" is a misnomer. The actual amount of INNOCENT unarmed people shot a year is like 2-3 blacks and 7-8 whites. At most. Every innocent life taken is wrong, but it's actually almost a miracle that the numbers are that low anyways.

But once a guy runs, the police don't know if he's just "some guy speeding" or a murder suspect fleeing from being caught or something. They aren't chasing him because he was driving ten over. Here is one thing to remember about that before you go passing judgment . I teach emergency vehicle operations. These people that operate ambulances and fire trucks are actually taught that on a freeway or highway they might as well turn of the sirens. People can’t hear them. At speeds greater than 78 mph you actually out run the sound. That’s why on freeways and such you see a emergency vehicle going like hell and as they come up on a vehicle all of a sudden you see that car wiggle and then break lights and then nothing . Why ?? Because they just had the shit scared out of them. Their just driving along and all of a sudden there is a siren. They look in the mirror to see and emergency vehicle 5 feet off their ass .that’s the wiggle , they think gotta get out of way ??? That’s the break lights then realize that Dam thing is on my ass at 70 ! And I can hardly breath so I am gonna freeze right here just like this and let them pass the way they feel safe .. and that’s the nothing !! That car in front of them at 80 mph has to be within 40 to 50 feet to hear the sirens. And by the time you realize and look at mirror they are now 15 feet off your ass .. where you gonna go in the middle of a heart attack.. just food for thought … they can’t give ample room if they don’t hear you coming !!

Still...average driver doesn't look in the mirrors since backing out of the driveway! Same ones merging with 80 mph traffic while doing 50.
