Shinn: "What's with the grim look, old man?"
Dr. Saotome: "Look at this photograph."
Shinn: "This.....this has to be some kind of sick joke. A Gundam tetrapod!?"
Dr. Saotome: "I assure you I'm being deadly serious, my boy. Now let me play the message that came along with it."
RLF liaison: "Greetings, J. This is our first time contacting you. The Rubicon Liberation Front has an urgent request for you in Belius. Assassinate the Special Inspector sent by Arquebus to the Wall. Earlier this week, the independent mercenary Raven accepted a request from us and assassinated V.VII Swinburne, a high-ranking officer among the Vespers. In response to this loss, Arquebus sent reinforcements to the wall, including the newly appointed inspector. The Special Inspector is a role they specially introduced as part of this response. A high-ranking officer answering directly to Arquebus' high-command and piloting the latest in Arquebus weaponry. The fact that it is a Gundam-like design would no doubt have caught your eye. I will be honest, we came to know of this threat from an insider at Arquebus. While we understand you may think of this as a trap, we have been able to confirm it exists after losing many of our comrades to it. Many in the Liberation Front grew up hearing legends about the machines that completely changed the outcome of wars. But more importantly, we know that the path a Gundam pilot follows is one that leads to peace and an end to bloodshed. We believed in Raven and AC FREEDOM. We believe in you too."
Shinn: " 'The path to peace,' he said...This gives me a headache. Don't they know that just making a Gundam sparks the next arms race, the next war? I lost my parents and my sister because Orb made these things. And then ZAFT made more of them. They have no idea what a Gundam does to people! And 'that person', he lost his freedom. Everybody looked at him and judged him for his skills. But nobody else besides me and Lacus have seen him so tired. Like a person aged over decades on the inside as though he were an old man just barely able to keep living! I'll do this mission doc. And do me a favor, if you spot any more of these things from the corporations, tell me. I'll even do the jobs for free."
Dr. Saotome: "If that is what you want, my boy. 'J hearby announces that any Gundam created by the corporations will become his target.' That is what I'll transmit after you come back."
Shinn: "One more thing. Talk a bit more with those guys from the Liberation Front. I want to know more about this 'insider'. Tell them I won't take 'no' for an answer. What I'll do if they refuse will be left to their imagination."

Sp. Inspector: "Hmph! Not much of a threat these Balam fools. A tertrapod is nothing more than a big, slow and disgraceful target."
Shinn: "This guy sure talks a lot on open frequency."
Dr. Saotome: "Most of Arquebus' top people tend to be that way. Forget the Vespers, even those who are nothing more than pencil pushers there tend to believe themselves to be the masters of the universe."
Shinn: "Well, then. Let me go and pay my respects!"
Dr. Saotome: "Respects for the dead..."
Sp. Inspector: "Do you hear me out there you low-born mongrels!? Gundam! A name that should make you quiver in fear! And now we at Arquebus can make them!..Hm?"
Shinn: "Hello, Gundam from Arquebus. I came to say goodbye."
Sp. Inspector: "What kind of nonsense are you....URGH!?!"
Shinn: "Ok, that was stupid. A few sword swings and he's down? As a Gundam pilot I'm even more offended!"
Dr. Saotome: "Pinnacle of Arquebus tech resulting in the worst Gundam the universe had the misfortune to witness. Well, that's an eyesore out of the way. Head on back, Shinn."

RLF Liaison: " J. Words cannot express how thankful we are. After such an overwhelming victory, nobody had any objections to connecting you with our informant in Arquebus. Quattro Bajeena: "Greetings young man, and Dr. Saotome. I am Quattro Bajeena."
Dr. Saotome: "Pffft...Ahahahahahaha!"
Shinn: "I think I've had enough poor jokes for one day. Sigh. So we've been dancing in your palm this whole time, eh?"
Quattro Bajeena/Char Aznable: "Not at all. As a matter of fact, I deeply appreciate you not blurting out my real name. I use this name when there are certain embarrassing things I wish to clean up. And this so-called Gundam you destroyed was one of them."
Dr. Saotome: "And let me guess: We're no longer useful. So it's time for us to die?"
Quattro Bajeena/Char Aznable: "Hardly. You are far too valuable for that. I am being sincere when I say I'm absolutely grateful for what you did today. And I apologize for the way I tried to have you die during Operation: Wallclimber. Like I said, I look forward to working with you."
