Arrma Big Rock 6s Speed Run Sunday SRS, HW Max6 G2 Combo.
Hello everyone, today I am taking the Arrma Big Rock 6s for a Speed Run
I did change two thing with it since the build video, first as you see in the Title I am running the HW Max6 G2 Combo 1650kV, with a 20t pinion gear and stock spur. Using 2, 4s, 6000mAh 100c Zee lipo batteries. The Radiolink R6FG was switched out to the R7FG for better range. Due to the range issues I had with the Arrma Infraction on my last speed run. This was my original plan to put the Hobbywing Max6 Combo in it but I had to wait for thing to settle down. It run great with this setup and I enjoy running it. You got good looking bracket racer there! 78mph on every pass, definitely consistent! I love the looks of the new Big Rock, it is one I thought about getting but have not wanted to part ways with that lump of cash yet! LOL!!! Great run with it Al and it was cooking out there!!!

Thanks Addam, That's one of the reasons I like Hobbywing's electronics for the lager RCs they are great electronics, not saying that the stock electronics aren't good but for upgrades for certain driving I can't complain. Hoping to get my daughter to help me run both the Big Rock and the FireTeam in the back 40 to see if there are any difference in how they handle and drive. Take care and have a wonderful week.

Hey Tibster, I am going to change the pinion gear to a 19t pinion gear to keep the temps low when I am bashing in the backyard. But I also want to see how it performs when I do some street bashing with it as well. Even though there's water near by I am worried free from damaging any personal property if it looses control. It's great for speed runs on the weekend, no traffic 90% of the time. Best part about this area, if anything happens and the RC goes out of range there is no personal property that can get damaged.

Hello RCbeast, the Sweeps Terrain Crushers and Road crushers are good for street bashing, but for jumps they don't give you that much cushion on your landings so most of the shock goes to the suspension arms and into the gear cover. If I am just racing it with family and friends then they are great. Thanks for watching
