Absolutely factual information as getting liability insurance for a securtity company can be completely misleading. Coverage that does not have the personal injury or assault and battery coverage are completely useless. So there is a high level of misconception in that if you are unarmed or absolutely do not use any kind of force or the company claims to be " observe and report" you will be covered in the event a false claim is filed or you are arrested for a false report against you. even though you did not touch anyone or use force of any kind the insurance company can and many times will deny the claim and not represent you. cause the basic policy does not cover assault and battery. Remember one thing most companys do not go into business expecting to be sued. They mistakenly think they will be fine with a cheap non inclusive insurance policy and then suddenly they find themselves named in a freviouls lawsuit and have absolutely NO representation from the insurance company
