Ascension Mining is a hard hitting top-down scifi shooter with an industrial edge. In exchange for waiving your life imprisonment sentence, you have agreed to work for Ascension Mining for one year. Working for AM, you will be harvesting CeZium; the most powerful form of naturally occurring, non renewable energy known to science. You'll have to blast apart asteroids to get it and the system is stacked against you.
Hostile aliens, known as the Raptors, patrol this corner of space and they want the CeZium almost as much as you do. If you don't keep modifying your ship with the best parts available, you'll get torn apart. Make no mistake, you are meant to die here. That won't stop you though. No matter how big or aggressive the Raptor, how dangerous the environment, you intend to beat the system and earn your freedom. Collect your quota, build your ship, and survive your sentence.
