Robbe is an athlete - full stop. I'm pretty excited about this iteration of the Novablast. I love the 2 and if this one is better, well then, Sept cannot come soon enough.

Hope it's THAT good because when Nova 1 came out many reviewers where "meh..." about it while I was IN love. I was "meh..." on Nova 2 (felt less pop) while most reviewers LOVED it. Hope this version is one I love.

Since I used the Novablast and noticed the performance the FFBlast provided, it became one of my favourite midsole foams, didn't had a chance to try v2, v1 I have for long run workouts and it does make me have to focus Running Form more due its instability, can't wait to try this one and the FFBlast+, love that color pattern btw

Súper bummed to hear this only comes out in sept. I had two pairs of both the 1 and the 2. Put over 1,000km I’m my first pair of 1’s. Loved both versions. Will be buying the new version on launch day no doubt.

September!?! I've been awaiting the arrival of this shoe for so long! I have 2 pairs, Saucony EP and Nike Miler, with over 200 miles each in them and was looking forward to adding this shoe, as I'm only allowed 1 more. But good to know about the half size down from 10.5 to 10 when they do come in.

Loved 1s, went through 3 pairs over lockdown, haven’t been impressed with the 2s, they just feel a bit meh. Hoping the new ones bring back some of that original pop!

same. 1s were the perfect shoe for me. 2s were not an improvement, they were just different and a bit disappointing. looks like the 3 is supposed to be an improvement on the 2s. may have to buy more 1s if i can still find them in my size.

I was so excited for the 2nd one. I even got the Olympics “love of sport” colorway. Unfortunately i just didn’t love the shoe at all. I know i was in the minority, but I didnt enjoy them so much I gave them away.

I’m the odd one here for sure. I have the V2. They’re ok at best. Nice for easy days but clunky for speed. I found the Saucony Endorphin Speeds a much better buy. I would say buy the Brooks Ghost before the Novablast.

A running store I like in San Diego ordered the Edge+ for me a few weeks ago and it seemed to go through but then when they didn’t get it and followed up with the rep, they were told it wouldn’t be released until Sept. They do often get new models early for me so maybe August……

As a stability runner, I didn't enjoy the V1. As a new runner that time, I consider that as my rookie mistake and I can't return it to the store since return policiesin my country sucks. I inserted a Dr. Kong insole that would provide me with more stability and thankfully, it made running better.

I’m 32 and been running about a year, my current limit in new balance rebel v2’s is 25 min/ 5k, and if I really push it 30min/ 6k. Getting Covid a few months back really knocked my progress. I know I’m not fast enough for carbon plates but can anyone advise if these would be suitable for someone like me? I hope My new balances have plenty of life left but I have the running shoe addiction...thanks if anyone can help

Do you think these are less clunky than the Bondi? I want a max cushioned shoe but my past experience with Bondi 7 left me underwhelmed. I felt more cushion from my cliftons.

Asics lists the midsole stack by itself. Total stack is higher.

Yeah that's strictly the midsole. Full stack is several mm higher.

Stack height measurements in general are weird. ASICS reports the 2 as having a heel stack of 30mm while some reviewers list the Brooks ghost 14 as having a 34-36mm stack, but when I put my shoes side by side the Novablast 2 obviously has a substantially higher stack height. So I’m not sure how reliably you can use reported stack heights without knowing exactly how they measured them.

We live in a society where 23 in the forefoot is low these days. Five years ago I was running road marathons in the Ghost at less than 20 in the forefoot💀
