Hi Joshua, I really admire your work and all your effort, and most importantly the time you take to spread your knowledge and your passion for this hobby. I bought your FC from the first batch, and the 9v regulator died mid-air, I absorbed the loss myself but after a couple months Tyler from RDQ contacted me offering to replace my board, so I got the v1.3, but again after some time, the 9v regulator died again, but this time I was only feeding the camera trying not to overload the regulator. I know it's not your fault, and maybe I'm just totally out of luck, but I'm gonna try v2.0 to see how it goes. Cheers for the good work, keep it going, and greetings from Los Mochis, Mexico! on whoop sized brushless motors: twisting the motor wires can cause braking in the motors, enough to keep them from spinning up at low rpm.

Highly recommend trying the HQ 5.1x3.1x3 if you like the 5x4.3x3

The original, white/cream colored T12 that you have does NOT have Hall effect sensored gimbals. The all black colored T12 Plus (or v2, depends where you looks) DOES have the upgraded gimbals. For the Deviation line, only the T8SG Plus has those upgraded gimbals. Seems you caught it later.

I have 3 sets of black Hq v1s 5x4.3x props all of which have terrible balance with a terrible hub that is shaped so that the nut kind of sits on a rim of plastic. When I put props on my prop balancer most of them need some balancing but my Cyclone V1 props that i got years ago are perfect balance. The cyclone 5040 props that i got recently however also have crappy balance. I think the prop makers might be taking the mickey now that we have dynamic filters and using molds longer than they should be.

Hi Joshua, wonder if you could answer a question Im having difficulty with a new S500 Quad build using SPRAcing F3 Deluxe version, , GPS (UBLOX NEO M8N) on UART2. Connected to INAV 2.0.0, Flashed to latest version, completed all the calibrations, even set up a premix mode for 10" to save me the hard work in the PID, been outside to finish calibration and checked the GPS location and it is exact to my house. I have set up RTH as Failsafe in the Failsafe Tab, pretty much done all this three or four times but everytime I go to fly all is good in Angle or Horizon mode, then ALT HOLD , but as soon as I try either RTH or NAV POS HOLD (also ALT HOLD on same switch) the copter takes off in a world of its own and usually declines and crashes before I can regain control. The only think I have changed is that I was using a FS i6 with very basic modes set up but wanted to progress to more NAV Modes so Changed to an Radiolink AT10II 12 channel. Its great but I had to learn how to move the switches around somewhat. Is there possibly a problem with the GPS or could there be a setting in the Radio? Im ata loss and keep crashing and repairing which is begining to get a bit challenging. Any assistance will be great thanks.

hey ryan from knoxville, having the strangest problem, elrs tx and rx bound and shows its bound in rec. tab in betaflight cause channel mapping is correct move throttle, throttle moves exc. also arm and disarm works says so on my radio master Ranger pack. Problem, drone will not throttle up or work at all. its a Pavo25 and i cant wait to get it in the air!

i know this is an old video but it popped up randomly on youtube while i was in the other room... i have sen more than one video where you refer to the sodsstream... take a look into the oversized "kegotator" quick release topes that fit average sized soda bottle tops (like a plastic 1 or 2 liter) and how to hook it up to a 5/10/20/etc lb tank of co2, youll understand very quickly how simple and stupid those sodastreams are (and how much money they are making off of everyone!) i love bubles, i even use my 20lb tank to turn box wine into pseudo-champagne haha if youre into a project thst will save you lots of money if youre s big fan of carbonation..youll thank me later ;)

How do you log gyro data (black box) on Fettec G4 running kiss, for tuning purposes?

Hi Josh, I have one question I have a fullspeed FSD328 Stack and a HGLRC tx20v2 and I have been trying to get smart audio working, I have it on tx2 then I go into betaflight and in ports I turn on the Uart 2 and save and reboot but when I go back into configuration the receiver is not active put it back to spectrum recever Uart 2 turns off what could I be doing. i have two quads number 2 motor started studdering on both of them both have cl racing f4 and akon blhelis with brother hobby motors. with bf 3.4 chaanged both motors and escs still does the same thing still happens i think its the flight board

I had the i6s and it's not the basic fly sky it has a touch screen and can take mini usb to computer for sim saying that the very next hobby grade radio I got was my current t radio the frysky qx7 and love it but it's about 110$ but worth it if you have the cash

At 2:41:49 your jumper TI has R9M mode but I thought it was only 2.4 ghz? With that work with the r9 series by itself or is that just a built in provision for the module?

Drone meshes testing really just shows how much capacitance an esc/powertrain has and how much regen/braking the esc does. One of the reasons i don't like his testing is that an esc that has amazing motor braking will generate a lot of regen voltage and show as bad in his test.

I agree I would have bought the qx7 but the i6s was part of an RTF with the shuriken 250 I couldn't pass up as I was just getting into FPV I bought the eachine google 2 as well and today from get fpv I got the comanders v1 as an upgrade for my self love get fpv took 3 days to get to me cant wait to try them out but between work and rain and wind it will have to wait I'm so excited for my first pair of actual goggles and first DVR it's going to be sick hopefully cant wait to fly my kopis 1 or dark max or babyhawk r or my custome build damn I got bite hard by the fpv but almost 2 years now love it

JB, about Drone Mesh, I think that he's at least trying. He's one of the few people that test things and post on youtube, explaining and so on. Like you do with FatShark's modules. His methodology can be flaw? Sure, of course it can be. But, until now, nobody showed it with evidence... Only accusations. So... I think that whoever criticizes his work should get in contact with him, ask how he's doing his tests and make suggestions about how to get better data. Otherwise I think it's only egos talking. You know? After all, he at least is doing tests and showing evidence.
