I intentionally start off slow, beginning with the extremities then expanding the area of focus as we move along the body.
I repeat the phrase, "Notice any sensations you may be experiencing here" as a reminder to continuously check in with your body and stay mindful allowing us to relax and relieve the tension we hold onto.
I encourage you to find a quiet, comfortable place to lie down for the duration of this practice. Headphones recommended!

What is ASMR?
ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is often described as a tingling sensation on the skin that occurs on the head, the back of the neck, or upper back. Many people listen to ASMR videos while studying, working, or simply to help them fall asleep.
There are several physical sensations that many people feel when listening to ASMR, including light and pleasurable tingles, a fuzzy feeling, or waves of relaxation in the head, neck, spine, and throughout the rest of the body. Other reported sensations include calmness, stillness, sleepiness, peacefulness and deep feelings of relaxation.
