Welcome back to our channel family! If you're new here, I want to welcome you to our little family. You are in an extremely safe place, where we only allow love and compassion.. there is room for opinion, but nobody digs or tolerates hate. So welcome again, know you are safe, loved, and welcomed. We sound like a cult, because we probably are.
Tonight’s video is an audio for those who are having an anxiety or panic attack. I made one of these before, and the feedback that came from it really made me feel like I helped. So I took exactly what has calmed me down during a panic attack and expressed it in this video hoping to do the same for someone else. I don’t want this by any means to sound like a clinical video, that I’m speaking to a group. This is to you and you only. I hope it helps. I LOVE you with ALL of my person, and I will see you tomorrow.

My panic attacks make me feel suicidal. I feel like I'm dying and I know for a fact that I am not. But I am more frightening by the feeling of dying than actual being dead if that makes sense. Can anyone else relate?

Sheepcakezzz i can relate sometimes I get so annoyed at myself when I get a panic attack and being so scared I’m going to die it’s like fuck die already, but usually when I’ve gotten to the point to say that I’m basically taking control of it because you can’t panic it you’re not scared right ? My angry approach helps Me lol , don’t be suicidal!!

Throughout the day I‘m a happy person, really. I laugh, make many jokes etc. But as soon as I try to fall asleep, my thoughts that I ignored throughout the day come, and then Im crying. I just don‘t know what to do. There‘s not a single day where I don‘t cry at night

I went through that two years ago, I spent the whole year crying every night. I don't know if this will help you or if you already do this, but I managed to find peace while crying after doing this: as I cry, I go over every single little thing that stresses me, scares me, bothers me.... everything that led up to every single drop of stress that brings on these tears and I try to find solutions to those I can and promise myself to go through with those. so I won't not go through with them later, when I feel they aren't that bad. Because every one of them is important, no matter how unimportant they seem to be. And for those things that I can't change or touch, then I just contemplate them (sobbing horribly the whole time) and turn them around. Look at every aspect of these that hurt or worry you... and try to accept that they do. And that that's what being human is. I speak all of these out loud to myself or (if I'm really lucky and I'm with someone I trust while crying) to that person. Don't listen to what people say about "don't talk to yourself". Talking to yourself helps direct your thoughts. You aren't speaking to somebody that's not there and thinking they are because you are speaking to yourself. You aren't hearing voices because of this. This does not make you crazy. This actually helps. I feel that it is very, very important to acknowledge the things in your life that bother and scare you, without having to compare yourself to others and their struggles. It doesn't matter if they're just petty things in the larger picture, if they matter to you then and there, then they do matter to you. And helping yourself helps everybody around you and everything you care about So after going over every bad thing, every little thing... try going over the good things... the small wins, the big ones (I'm sorry if this didn't translate well, English isn't my first language) everything that is good that you can think of, whether they relate to you or not. And that may bring up new bad stresses... and you can go over those too... and just alternate between the good and the bad... And when the tears do stop, and when you've blown your nose for the last time and dried the last tears and drank some water you can just sit or lay where you are and breathe and be grateful that you are alive, that you can feel things and that you may feel that things are a little better now that you know what was the problem Crying is meant to be a release, but it is also a way to express emotions that the body can't bottle away Its okay to cry often Its okay to cry as often as you need Living implies stress, and stress implies crying We live in a world a thousand times more stressful than our ancestors ever had to live through and the norms of old don't hold as well. People were told off in the past for crying, but our stresses nowadays are many times more and we are not built to keep that all in Do not be ashamed of crying Everything Will Be Okay Even though I do not know you, I love you And my heart goes out to you every time you cry So please breathe easy, live your life no matter how wrong it may seem to be at times, because your life is yours to live and there are no lives without obstacles and getting over those makes it all the more worth living If you still need to cry, if your heart is still wounded when it is on its own, then know that there is no shame in crying and that there never is If you need to cry then let yourself cry Don't hurt yourself over it, don't feel as though it is wrong: It is Not. I'm sorry for writing such a long message, but my heart goes out to you and to whomever else reads this I wish you a wonderful life, a wonderful day, a wonderful night, and lots of love And if you don't feel as though you have enough love in your life, then know that I love you and that many other people do, even though they may not say that they do, or even be aware that they do... They love you

I have an anxiety disorder and a big part of it is related to my heart condition. I burst in tears when you said my heart isn't going to stop and I'm not going to die from this attack because that is what I'm always afraid of happening. I'm writing this 2 days after it happened. I was in the mall with my sister and her friends. Nobody except myself and my mom knew about my panic attacks at the time and I kept it hidden for some dumb reason. My sister told me to go get her and her (3) friends some drinks from the food court. I was bordd in that store so I told them, demanded them, to stay exactly in that store until I got back. When I got back, they were all gone. They thought it was funny to leave and watch my reaction. I looked everywhere, and I thought they had left me. That's when the thoughts pour in. "She never loved me", "she wanted to abandon me", "I'm going to have to get a new family", etc. I started crying and ran around all the stores, looking insane and petrified, and somebody actually video taped me running through a store, yelling for my sister. Her and her friends were hiding right outside the exit, so they couldn't hear or see what was going on. They told me this later. When I lost hope j ran and locked myself in a bathroom stall, cradling myself until I felt as if I couldn't breathe. Finally, I heard my sister yelling and she ran inside, found me, and took me home. Everytime I think about it, I feel pain And betrayal. If only I had used your video, it may have saved me. Thank you for this, the people you did save are forever in your debt.

I am so incredulous to hear someone speaking to all of the fears that I've ever felt. Fear of dying, fear of my heart stopping, fear of not being able to breathe. I thought that was so specific to me!!! Thank you thank you thank you for your words. I get anxiety attacks during storms. Everyone says to me “it’s just fear” when really it’s not. My heart gets faster and I feel as if I’m gonna cry and I constantly say I’m going to die. I always get a throw up feeling in my stomach. The only thing I like is rain. Rain is nice. Thunder is scary. I feel like it’s going to bust down my house with lightening and kill me. It’s every storm I get super scared and start having an anxiety attack. There’s one right now going on. I just got a flood warning. I’m shaking and crying. This video is helping me calm down though. And if there was a way to insert a photo or video into your comment. Then I would to show everyone the storm but I can’t. Anyways thanks karuna xoxo 💞

XxMikkikoooxX xXThe_TurtleXx I too have this fear involving my spouse n children which is why I insist that no end of a phone conversation or leaving each others company MUST be ended w a statement along the lines of "Good buy, I love you" regardless of weather we are in the middle of a huge HUGE fight...but when it comes down to it , I've made all realize that all to often, something could happen n we all want for ourselves n our loved ones as well ,to have the blessing of those last words of love. My daughter just out on her only a few months, usta blow it off like teens can do but after I had sent her a text yet again complying about it she surprisingly sent a text back saying "I know, your right I'm sorry...good bye I love you" then the next evening I get a call from the hospital how she had been in a wreck n shattered both her legs n one arm but was in no danger of anything more serious!!! That was so close... She couldn't believe the lesson the universe had taught her! So, save itself the anxiety n pass on ur wishes for that most important of parting phrases. BTW I was taught this lesson by my mom when I was 5 n refused to tell my father bye when her was off to work. I panicked when she mentioned something could happen n I would've missed my chance. Boy did I sweat it out till he came home. I never forgot that lesson n I Dont think she even realized, to her she was just being ...well I'll leave it at that n hope this helps you make sure you've done all u can to avoid an avoidable opportunity to prevent a otherwise otherworldly pain weather it be yours or those who in turn care for you...

@@kiddykatnesscorral4613 I used to have to do the same thing (and sometimes still do) but I think that's actually a sign of OCD, or that could just be my experience, but having bad intrusive thoughts that not saying goodbye or "I love you" before they left would mean them getting into a terrible car accident or dying. It took me a while to realize that these were intrusive thoughts. Just because you have a disagreement with someone before they leave the house does not mean they are going to die or get hurt. While it is possible that they could get hurt, it would have nothing to do with not saying I love you. So I don't think your daughter getting hurt had anything to do with not saying goodbye. But that's just my opinion, and I do agree that its good to tell your family and friends you love them as much as you can, I just dont think it has an effect on car accidents or deaths.

Sounds are all amplified in my ears. I feel dizzy 24/7. I hate eating. And I get panic attacks. I panic during the day, and when people see it, they escalate cos I feel vulnerable in front of people. And when I’m alone in my room at night I get trapped. My lungs don’t work. I shake. I feel like I’m going to die. And I can’t talk to anyone. And it’s slowly ruining me. That’s how I would describe anxiety. Living in total fear.

In earnest thank you for this. I take clonazepam due to a history of debilitating panic attacks, and tonight after having months of relative “ease” the worst one yet struck and I was certain it was a heart attack. I only take 1/4 my dose of medicine but I took the max allowed tonight and the panic still wouldn’t ease and I can’t afford the ER. This helped calm me enough to verify the pressure in my chest can lift at least a moment and that I’m not going to die. Chronic anxiety attacks. It truly is just Hell to endure.

A panic attack is much worse than an anxiety attack. Anxiety attacks usually only last 5-10 minutes, and at least for me, I start to hyperventilate and just start crying. Being alone or JUST with someone/people you trust is the best when you're having an anxiety attack, because being in public just makes you feel like you have hundreds of judging eyes on you at all times. If you have anxiety, you should have a place you can always go if you're having an anxiety attack (at least in the places you are often at). At home, my "safe space" for anxiety attacks is my room, and at school, it's the counselor's office. Panic attacks usually last longer, and it's much harder to breathe when you're having a panic attack than an anxiety attack, like your throat is closing up. I've been told that sometimes you forget to even breathe at all. In an anxiety attack, it's just mental distress, but in a panic attack, there is physical pain. You should never be alone during a panic attack, it makes it MUCH worse. Also panic attacks are much more severe when it comes to the mental aspect, with feelings of pure panic and fear, and that you're going to die. In an anxiety attack, you don't feel like you're going to die, and there's more fear than pure panic.

Your channel is awesome! This is my go-to for ASMR, since it helps me relax to focus on the voice of someone relatable and I suffer from a few issues with mental health. I suppose it also helps me fall asleep more easily to focus on the experience of one sensation of sound than to jump from one thought to another constantly. I don’t really have panic attacks, but GAD is a problem, ADHD is really hard to deal with, and my Major Depressive Disorder has been pretty severe lately. Thank you so much for allowing me to fall asleep after a rough day of school.

I have them really bad. I don't always come back from them. Sometimes they get so bad I don't eat, sleep for days on in. I end up wondering off on my own and or I cling to my mom. And sometimes I complete suicide because I can't deal with them. If not that then I try to sleep but I always need someone in the room with me or the tv or raido on because the sounds helps. But as I've gotten older I found other ways to deal with it. But when I found ASMR the videos and people so may of you guys helped me. It made me relax and made me feel normal. So thank you for videos like this!

I find it impossible to keep up with this breathing during panic attacks, I´m always having a hard time exhaling for that long, cuz it feels like I´m gonna suffocate. But I always try. In case anyone is reading this experiencing panic attack - try the belly breathing, instead of breathing with your chest, it helps immensely to slow down the rapid breathing. I think your videos work well on me is because of your EMDR video, I think my brain learned that when you make these random sounds, it needs to refocus on something else, it´s easier to get distracted by you than by any other ASMRtist I know - in the good way of course.:D :) Thank you for being understanding and supportive, yet honest and down-to-earth in your videos of this type. It helps a lot. One can know you´ve been through some bad stuff thanks to the things you say - I think someone who never experienced panic/anxiety attack wouldn´t think about making sure to tell me I´m not gonna die from this, one really needs to hear that when their heart is racing and they feel like they´re suffocating, it´s a big help.:) Thank you for being amazing.
