This works very well when you’re very cold. It pushes heat out to the rest of the body. I learned it doing construction in Oregon. I did it tonight inside a sleeping bag while being quite cold. Instantly warmed me up.

I listen to a lot of guided meditations, I’ll be honest, you’re my favorite. Your voice being as smooth as the release I feel after the past energies / anxieties leaving my body.. Guys you have to be careful with this! I got too relaxed and started sleeping. When I woke up I was already driving on the way to work, and I almost hit a school but full of preschoolers! The relaxation lasted hours after sleeping!

If the lighting was darker it would be even more relaxing.
