Been struggling alot with overthinking. Not everything is going to resonate with everyone, but bringing things to an emotional level is very much an area where you can respond to yourself. I hope people out there are getting the emotional response they deserve from friends and family. If not, she may help with that. If you’re not getting the responses you deserve, it’s a little something you can do for yourself just to listen to someone who will give you a bit of that love. You really do deserve love.

I just watched 5 vids in a row, the first video I didn't watch the vid itself since I listened to it to fall asleep, for the others I'm watching/listening to them while working and I got to say I liked them a lot. The warm illumination, the crisp sounds, soft movements are really good and just by looking at you I can feel at ease Every sound starts and develops softly, your voice is really soothing and the messages you give in the videos are helpful to let go and relax for a moment. I got a combo of insomnia, depression, anxiety that makes me always be overthinking and that stress reflects on the muscles and other kind of health issues, so now that I have finally found someone that actually makes me disconnect from overthinking is such a bless 😌 Thanks for making this videos and for sharing such good messages and energy✨
