2080ti @ 2040MHz 8700k @ 4.8GHz 16Gb DDR4 @ 3600MHz DOFReality P3 Just doing a few laps fine-tunning the Sim Racing Studio App motion profiles. So far, im very happy with the software.
Wow, this looks incredible. Subscribed! Honestly, even when I get my RX 5700 in a few months, it's probably not even going to be able to run ACC in VR, guess I'll just have to wait and see.
Taht's so good ! Game is stuning, and great driving ! Got all the feelings back when I drove there ! VR should feel quite nice for that , damn lucky Go make a Race there !
Just bought a Valve Index and a PC with a 2080TI, 9900k and 32gb DDR @ 3200. Can't wait to get everything set up after watching these vids. Can I contact you when I get my PC delivered for help with settings to replicate this level of visual quality?
Nice Setup of PC Hardware......anyway….THIS kind of visuals, shown in this Video is not possible in a VR HMD right now with Assetto Corsa Competizione. How is your experience with the VR mode of that game?
That's what had been recorded. It's not what you would be seeing through the headset. Reverb has a better resolution then what you see in a monitor. Trust me! I own both, reverb and this one too.
?? Are you saying that the pc is rendering three seperate images, one for left eye, one for right and and manufacturing a completely different image for the screen? How do you figure that this is not what you see through the headset? Of course the displays are different but this is the image that's being rendered in the headset, left eye in fact. The image is also cropped to fit the screen.
i wish i could get my car dash / display in VR this clear, i have textures on epic and upscaled my VR stuff to a point where it's still playable and my numbers aren't that clear.. fun fact is - i had those numbers on the dash very clear and it went away after i tried some other settings lmfao
I know what you mean. I mess around with visual settings and motion profiles all the time. Sometimes to a point where I mess the whole thing up and it's impossible to get it back. I'm not home now but here are some tips for similar hardware to mine. Steam overall SS @ 150% Steam ACC SS @ 100% Set VR high preset in game. Resolution scale 85% In game ss @ 115-120% Index force smoothing on at 120hz or 144hz Adjust Shadow settings in game. Let me know if things improve
Could you please share your graphic settings and tweaks to get the game running smooth on the setup you got? I got a similar hardware setup but it’s not that good still
RedStar 602 yes, I am using the index on my 2080ti and on a amd 3600x cpu so quite similar as a setup.! Quite curious on what you have done to have it become running smoothly. Also please include any ini file tweaking 👍🏼
@@Chris-lc5vh I didn't make a video yet because I change settings way too often. I tinkered with it a little more the other day and it seems to be running better. I'll get a video up this week.
@@TheFlysly54 is there anyway you could send your current setting over for steam vr and the game perhaps screen shots my email is whitey606@outlook.com be a great help as I'm struggling to get the right settings
I have this game, very good pc and valve index, how do i get my game to look like this? as my colours dont look as strong as yours and how do i get the view to look like this? if i record it looks like i am in a different seated position, hopefully you reply, thank you
@@juniorwizzard the recorded Images here in the Video are like fake, they look stunning and smooth. In my HP Reverb the Live VR Image Looks like shit and is not smooth at all, it is unplayable due to heavy stuttering, even in lowest crappiest graphics Settings.
I don´t understand why you keep posting such VR Videos of ACC. I have it and tried it with my HP Reverb, if you watch it live in VR it does NOT look at all like your Videos, but most people here do not understand that. The recorded Image and the Image which gets mirrored on a screen of the game looks stunning, but the Live Image in your VR Headset Looks like shit compared to. The worst thing is that I can try to setup what I want in the graphics menu of the game, it does not run smooth at all, even with the crapiest lowest graphics settings. The VR mode of Assetto Corsa Competizione is a pain in the ass.
Well... my experience with ACC in VR is rather good, actually. Obviously, your having a different type of experience and I'm sorry for that. If you don't understand why I post ACC VR videos on here, that too is your problem. What you see on the screen is the clarity and fidelity in which I see through the headset, with a slight hint of SDE.. It's not the clearest and most crisp vr experience out there but its more than adequate on my hardware. If you can read it in the screen, I can read it through the headset. Clear as that
@@TheFlysly54 Well, good answer to be fair. Good to hear that your VR experience is good. My experience with the ACC VR mode is more than above frustration Level and really unplayable. In Sim Racing Forums I read others having the same frustration Level as I have, some others report it is playable with a less demanding Oculus Rift. Maybe WMR HMD´s are not useable with ACC Right now?....to be honest I have no clue and I don´t use it untill the day it will work with my HP Reverb. I use mostly iRacing, which runs superb in VR.
What kinda GPU are you running? I'm currently using 150% ss in steamvr and 120% ss in game. Resolution scale is set to 90%. I'm able to run these settings at 90fps at the moment
@@TheFlysly54 My specs are i-7 8700k 32Gg DDR4 Ram and GTX-1080Ti 11Gb. All VR Software ( Assetto Corsa, iRacing, Rfactor2, Raceroom and IL-2 Great Battles ) which I use performs good. The next premium Nvidia RTX GPU, might be a 3080Ti will be mine and then I hope ACC will work with my Reverb.
