foregrip as in the actual for grip? "the part that gets racked back" is a remington standard for police models, but you can find them online for around 15 on ebay
@Bossboy1116 yes any should be more than fine. you can look how they mount and where the stock mounts. i would almost run one on mine but the 5 alone on it already add a ok amout of weight lol
I don't mean to be nit picky, Joe, but I don't understand your setup. Maybe you have something else in mind, but the rounds you had didn't make sense. I understand how you want to go non-lethal with the bean bags, but why the slugs? Why don't you load buckshot or even home defense rounds so you will get the stopping power of heavier lead with a fair amount of spread without the over-penetration. Slugs will, at best, over penetrate your target causing damage to your home and possibly any others in it. That and you have to be accurate with the slugs. If you plan to load like you said in the video, you will have to expend three bean bag rounds to get to the lethal slug rounds provided that you loaded the slug rounds first. There is no way I would try to load rounds (if I didn't have to) after a confrontation. Your adrenaline is flowing and mistakes will happen. That will also, in turn, make you more inaccurate which is unfortunate considering you were planning on using slugs. One last thing: You were talking about trying to aim through the sights of your gun if you had just the pistol grip. I can honestly say that it is near impossible to do so without the gun kicking back and giving you a nice 'love tap' to the mouth. You see people shoot like that all the time in the movies, but sadly it is just Hollywood magic. I speak from personal experience. I know you probably have many people criticizing you, but I hope you see the validity of the points I shared. I would appreciate it if you would take the time to reply to this comment if you have the time and disagree with anything I said. Thank you and have a nice day
@Kdk058 The model i got was a police magnum with tritium rifle sights and parkerized finish. i bought it quite a few years ago and dont have the box sorry thats all i got
Piston grips for hip shooting, don't need the sights anyway ...wanna use the sights fold it back. Have that same stock on my 590... can't really cheek it for sight use even with it back and locked....that edge kills your face lol
@Kliffton415 what do you hate about it lol? i will say it could be a little better made but for the price ehh.. cant complain. as well it fits me fine lol...
@herointern lasers help some especially in a home scenario, but i wouldnt trust it 100% if you know how lasers work. but they can be a huge intimidation factor as well
@austinholms i duracoated it and its a surefire 618. im actually going to do a vid on lauer weaponry's "what i used" compared to doing it with painters tape. because the forearm sleeve was defective and ended up actually runing the forearm and the gun so i had to re do one but i cut it myself. feel free to sub and ill prob post it up this weekened. i may shoot it tommorrow. as well feel free to check out other duracoat videos some are intros and some are just before and after.
Hypothetically say I'm shell-crazy, does this stock also interfere with mounting a side-saddle shell holder? Looks like it would but what would you say?
What kind of sling adapter is that? You said blackhawk but I cant really find one with the adapter that you have (large base). If possible can you post a link where I can buy it? I just got my 870 and ordered my ati stock, ati saddle, magazine extender (7+1) and a sling with shell storage. I just need the sling adapter that will bolt to the folding stock like you have. Any help would be much appreciated.
I recently discovered this stock. Thinking about getting it... buuuut I have a Mossberg 500 and because the safety is on top I don't think that this would be the smartest option for it.
atually lost 30 pounds in the last 7 months. also alot of videos i do with no time. and some videos i do when I have bad allergies "kinda screwed there" thanks though
