I have 3x V1 of the these on 3 tanks and they are great. Not had any problems ever with them. I also used their ideas using the FMM module and high low sensors and timing to set up an automated RODI / remote ATO tank.

Are you going to update the sensors in the DDR too? I've now replaced them twice for failures. I have a few failed fmm optical sensors as well. Also...when you mentioned all the features are the same....can you make the FMM beep when using it via the apex?

I went through about five of the old pumps, none lasted more than several months and then it just stop working. I went with Tunze ATO instead, it has been running for years now with no issues.

I want to set up an optical sensor on my FMM module to show if my water is getting to low where I have my ATK container. I don't have an apex. When I did plug the sensor straight toward the FMM MODULE. The module was beeping and has a red light. Maybe you can make a video, please.

Is there an alarm or failsafe if the ATK doesn't turn on for X hours? Sometimes the lower optical sensor gets debris on it and the water level will get low with not alert.

Just set up a brand new ATK. After powering up, the PMUP starts but immediately turns off after just a couple seconds even though the water level is below the low optical sensor. Can’t figure out why. Can anyone explain what I am doing wrong? Thank you.

If you are using the pump to pump up from a basement what’s the best way to set it up? What extra cables do you need.

does this have syphon protection ? I keep my fresh water reservoir 2ft above my sump.

Question: In case my ATK OS-1 Sensors need to be replaced, will they still be available or will they be discontinued due to the new MOS sensor being its replacement?

Hoping you have fixed the pump I went been through 2 of them in the first 6 months I owned the original ATK. I gave up and just used an MJ600. I did have to sacrifice an outlet on my eb832 for it.

i just bought it for my waterbox peninsula 15g… i am hoping i can take off that float valve lol also if you dont buy the extra sensor to put in the resovior jug the pump wont auto shut off before it starts to run dry ?

How long is the PMUP cable? My reservoir is in the basement 50' vertical with 12' head. Or is there a better way to run this?

I just purchased anew set of v2 sensors to see if they work better than the v1. This is my second replacement set that I have purchased and it will also be my last. I preordered the original atk because I thought it would be a quality product and that will be the last time I do that too. I sure hope that the v2 is better at lasting because i am sick of paying $50 a year to replace sensors on an atk

Nice to make a new one. I'm stuck on the old one. Don't think it has been running for 3 weeks without having to restart. And the price in the EU is $ 296. So it's actually a lot of money for a lot of trouble. Love my APEX ❤️ Not so much the ATK

I don't understand why the sensor to prevent the pump to run dry is not included in the package? The cost of the Atk should have this included

Is there any chance you can go to a solid state flow sensor? We use mass flow sensors at work and they have worked well since the plant was built in the 70's. I'm not trying to throw you under the bus but the paddle wheel design restricts alot~ of flow and isn't as reliable as I would expect from neptune.

It’s a nice concept but for me I’ve had nothing but problems with Neptune equipment. I have a version 1 ATK and even with both sensors and the flow valve it’s completely emptied my top off reservoir in to my sump 10 times over the past month. And my APEX has been disconnected from my internet in the past week while I’m out of town. And there’s nothing I can do about it which sucks because some how my Neptune wave pumps are off and I can’t turn them on. The worst part about it all is customer support is completely useless.

Need to make a more powerful Cor pumps. we need more gallons per hour.

yes most most most as you said but also most loudest pump on market and if alarm kick need restart and gave me lot of trouble so no thanks anymore ATK

Just bought one two weeks ago. Installed as a stand alone. It has a mind of its own. Sometimes it works and other times the alarm goes off for no reason. Complete garbage. Just read the reviews on BRS.

Neptune has really gone downhill, especially with the cheap parts they use and the service they provide. They only have one service tech Kyle and his job is to up-sell you. They are the only company I know who tells you that their system will probably fail somewhere between 18-24 months and you need to send them more money to keep it going so they can charge you $200.00 to replace some tubing and a small pump from China. So glad to now go with Hydros. The product and parts are so much more advanced they Neptune.

Your float switch is obnoxiously large and the magnet isn't that strong. For as much as you play this product up I am kinda disappointed

Hurts me to say this but the atk sucks! I love apex and have everything but there is no peace of mind with the atk! So many problems was close to disasters to many times. And no offence but I don’t believe this slick salesman
