Atlas Lathe Restoration Project #1 - Initial Assessment 

Its a great little lathe, I've had it for close to twenty years. Don't worry about finding parts, plenty on Ebay. Just when you find a part that you need, watch it for a while. You'll eventually get it at a decent price. There are plenty of price gougers on there but every once in a while you see someone who just wants to sell the parts and not trying to rip people off. Its also wise to stock up on extra parts if you can.

That's great but I'm in the Midwest. How do you like the 10D?
