Szia, nagyon régóta építgetem fejlesztgetem. Természetesen nehéz belőni mi mikor fog szétmenni, de minden hamarabb fogy. Fék, kuplung, turbo, sorolhatnám. Nagyjából fele annyit bírnak mint a gyári autón. A 240-260 ló nagyjából élvezhető és reális, de sok support módosítás kell hozzá.

@@hellman1ak exactly, you wont be able to use it normally. You will have limp mode if you do not modify. It is not a plug and play change.

Hi, it was not consuming excessive oil. There must be something, usually turbo sleeve bearing. Check bottom boost hoses.

@ What do you thinl about turbo sound. I have golf 5 1.9 tdi and when car is idling when I press throttle and engine revs up to 2.5k rpm there is only normal turbo sound but when I release throttle pedal and when rpm fall down at around 1.5k rpm i can hear whistle. Is that normal or not? Car accelerates good and there is no white or black smoke

@@--R--21-- every turbo have different sound. You should take it to someone who can check the shaft. How it is moving. It tells a lot.

Yes, PPD siemens does't have uprated injectors. I have the Continental ones after the stock Siemens recall change.

Hi, it is a LUK DMF kit with uprated clutch material. 80K km already in. Sometimes i hear a little knock when shutting off but compares to sachs sre kit which is 3x more expensive it was a good choice for road-hobby use. For track i would definetly go for sre kit.

Yes, but the awd power loss is significant (close to 15%), compared to fwd with similar power figures, plus +100-120kg additional weight. Also wheel + brake weight has significant effect since I have S3 all 4 corners (344mm front and 280+ double sided rear )adding plus weight compared to BKD' 280 front and 240 back :D:D:D. take all these into consideration when compare to BKD 140 :D

Hi Boss :) , Before you do such comments, please investigate more. At that time, the car had 2,4 - 2,5 boost (in terms of injection quantity/stroke) reasonably good lambda readings which means it was not lean, and we not only boosted with air, but also with fuel. The injection durations was quite high to get this power which is commonly known for PPD's. Since I used that car very often in that time, i had to be carefully ramp up with EMAP and EGT. There is a few individulas who can really custom remap this ECU, Good luck to find them with yours. Additionally I suppose you have an FWD, which is a completly different animal than mine which is awd. On top, eyeball dyno professionals are all over youtube, seems like you are part of them. The power has been measured with PerfExpert. If you would check my other videos like 0-100 at around 6.5-6,8 with my very very gentle start, you would know that 250-280 is totally realistic for a heavy awd a3. If you would not be aware stock is 7.9sec. So if someone with bigger balls wouold launch this car, could achieve short 6sec 0-100. Have a nice trolling day :)
