@@konstantinmoraglis5300 hi i heated it up for a while till it was red hot but you gotta be careful with the rubber gaiters so avoid the gaiters and get as much heat on the bit where the bolt slots through. even though i said i'll put rubber gaiter on the second arm but that never happened so ended up with replacing both arms. good luck buddy hope you crack it.
@Taj Motor Medics OK great thanks. I saw some protect the rubers with aluminium foil. That could avoid a barbecue. I have all new arms to replace the old one. I will keep you updated Many thanks
