Rear mufflers removed and replaced with 2.5” exhaust piping to 3.5” tips
Still has cats, resonators, and another muffler
No drone really at all and is pretty quiet on start up
All you have to do in order to hear the “dsg” triptronic shift noises. This car doesn’t have a dsg, although the s4 does.

What about the drone/noise driving on a highway with rpm between 2500-3000? Is it acceptable? I have the same car and thinking about making same mod.

It's decent. As long as you just do the muffler delete and leave the resonator untouched.

It’s a zf26 iirc, it still retards timing between shifts like a dsg to make the little fart noise.
