skoda fabia 1.4 Tdi battery not charging at initial start up. starts charging only after the engine is reved.
Once starts to charge, continues to do so until the engine is shut off. (regardless of the rpm)
Once the engine is restarted it needs to be reverse above 2000 revs in order for the alternator to kick in.
