hi LMETFY yes i have the same problem, sounds like i'm under water when i record audio, DJI are rubbish when dealing with product issues, been waiting for a firmware fix for months to fix the screen blackouts on my SC sometimes loses video feed from the drone. thanks for the idea of using a USB headset to get better audio.
Thanks for the video. My smart controller has exactly the same issue. Given how much these things cost, I think it is crap that they have not come up with a fix for this. What was the result of you returning it to DJI? Cheers.
@@LMETFY Thanks for the reply. It seems that DJI just put in a really cheap microphone & we have to suck it up. Connecting an external mic may be the only answer. Damn shame because the standard controller with an iPhone works ok. Thanks, stay safe.
Mine In Completely Clean, Perfect Timing. Problem Is, It Only Records In 1280x720, Thats It. Will NOT Record Voice In 4K, 2.7, 1080P. ONLY 1280x720. But On My Smart Controller The Voice And Timing Is Perfect. Yours Is Definitely Defective, So Sorry...
@@LawtonBarnes all users report this problem (there are several similar videos on youtube), I have this problem too. I think it's really a factory defect.
