I shuttle often between the main office in Cologne to the branch office in Berlin. I start im Bonn-Hangelar VFR and request 5 minutes later my IFR Pickup. Today I fly in FL 170. The weather in Schönhagen/Berlin (EDAZ) was very good, thereupon I cancel my IFR flight and land VFR. This save time, however, I deceide it early in the flight after I got the ATIS from EDDB (Schönefeld). I prepare myself for the appraoch and will not change it once again.

What kind of Airplane is this?
It is a 2006 Columbia 400 with a G1000 and Thermawings (De-Icing). It is one of the fastet single engins with a fix gear.

I renew my license 2017 and add a IFR rating, thereafter I did my FAA Privat Pilot License VFR and add the IFR rating as well. In 2020 I finish my CPL / ATPL Theorie and my multi engine rating.
