Love how both times he says Nixon he's about 50 - 60 years off. Also fun fact about Navajo. Our language is so dang complicated it's one of reasons how we won the war. Not only were words translated but they were also put into cryptic code names that made the whole system unbreakable. No country ever cracked the code since its use.

Some states decided that 18 was a good age to drink (to align it to the age you can vote and serve in war) but other stayed at 21. This (allegedely) led to a lot of young drunk driving to cross state borders, a parent's association lobbied against it so the federal government said to the states "you put the drinking age back at 21, otherwise we cut the fundings for your roads" and since states like money they agreed New York, New Hampshire and New Jersey are named like that because York, Hampshire and Jersey are places in the United Kingdom Both the Republicans and the Democrats are right leaning (with the Republicans more to the right) Louis is the most common name for French kings

I like how he responded to not knowing who wrote the federalist papers by rapping Hamilton - which includes a song (non-stop) which, among other things, describes the federalist papers being written.

You'd have to find a material better than rubber to handle a stretch like this.

for the purpose of "powers of the states" technically "making laws" is and is not a specific power of the state. the concept in the US is the "Supremacy Clause" which boils down to anything that a higher power says is the "least" strict that thing can be. if the Federal Gov says that something is illegal then no state can outright say it is legal. so any sub division of a governement can "make a law" they can only do so by not stepping on the toes of a "more supreme power" like a city county can set a max speed limit for their surface streets, but not the speed limit of the interstates. for the case of "weed" it isn't that the states made it legal, the Fed said "X amount is illegal" most states just came in and said "no amount is legal" so in those states that "legalized it" they just shifted that minimum amount up, while you can still be arrested and charged federally for having "too much" this is why most banks can not accept money from the dispensaries because under federal law they would be "aiding and abetting in a Felony" because of the volume and the world "dealer"

As a history/social studies teacher and long-time Little Z viewer, I looked upon this video with both joy and dread. My feelings turn out to have been well-founded. Also, don't worry about not getting the Speaker of the House, we're having a bit of a revolving door at the moment where the party in Congress constantly turns on its own purported leadership and replaces them, only to be unhappy with that one and replace them, etc.

Honestly, as amazing and unique our U.S. history is. We hardly pay attention to it sometimes, XD! We just think most of it as memes now, XD!

I'm pleasantly surprised how many questions Little Z got correct! Rant about some examples of the questions that Little Z struggled with... oh and before that, 2nd Amendment isn't the right to bear arms, it's the right to have a well-trained militia. Which, yes, involves guns, but that's like the most minor part about that bill. It was there because we needed it for explorers and settlers. Only some people NEED that aspect anymore. Not saying ban guns, but it's not the actual subject of that amendment is more of having the ability to protect yourself from say, a big ass bear! Or a wolf! Also... I don't know how well known the name is, but the Navajo people are fairly well-known. It's like the one I can think of off the top of my head. Additionally, yeah, we purchased Louisiana Territory in the aptly titled: Louisiana Purchase. Also, why the hell did you pick Alaska? Also, hilariously, NY, NY isn't the capital of New York. ALBANY, NY IS! Meaning you were wrong even if you picked NY. Although, and I had to double-check myself, Phoenix is the capital of Arizona, so if you'd have picked Arizona (AZ), and just thought about the name of a single city from AZ, it'd probably have been Phoenix! One of the few times where the most well-known city of the state is actually the capital, too! I'll give some examples to clarify: Lad Vegas and Reno. Neither of them are the capital of Nevada, it's Cason city. Portland, OR, it isn't the capital of Oregon, and neither is Oregon City (that's literally the name of a city near Portland), Salem, OR is (OR is the state between Washington and California for thoughs not familiar with the west coast's states, also, the state line between Washington and Oregon? Literally, the Columbia River is the dividing line across the north of Oregon. Also, Seattle isn't Washington's Capital, it's Olympia, WA. And it's even worse with California, see, most people probably would assume Los Angeles, CA. That's completely incorrect, and it'd take somewhere between 2 and 10 guesses (assuming LA was your first guess) to probably get it with Sacramento, CA. One of the few well-known cities in California, but not quite as famous as San Diego or perhaps San Francisco. Perhaps you guess San Jose for a less famous city, maybe Hollywood as a hail mary, if you've been to Disneyland, maybe Anaheim is a wild guess, maybe Oakland if you're familiar with American football teams. But, nope! It's Sacramento. And if you're wondering how I know this, well, Google reminded me on Olympia, I knew it wasn't Seattle though... like I offhand just knew it wasn't the capital, same for NY, NY. They're simply more famous than the capital, I also knew that about LA/Anaheim and Hollywood as well as San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, I just couldn't think of the actually correct city. Thus I had to Google those states. However I grew up in Oregon, near Portland (about an hour and a half away from downtown which in terms of travel times between cities in Oregon, is sadly considered near because dear lord is Portland gigantic) and due to "Social Studies" classes throughout K-12 we all eventually learn that Salem is the capital of the state. (This is not the same Salem as the one famous for the Salem Witch trials.) As far as Nevada and Arizona, well, I knew Phoenix was the capital because it's semi-famous for being the first city that people associate with Arizona, and also being the Capital. And I live I'm Nevada, and thus I know Carson City is the capital and not Reno or Las Vegas. I've just absorbed it into my mind like the same way I remember Salem, OR as being the capital of its Oregon.

Thanks now I just have to memorize this entire video for when I need to get an American citizen ship
