Hello my friend, I have an im 508 device. How do I know that the key I have is working well? Can this be determined using the xp200? Can you show me the steps please??
The Password or PIN retrieval process require the tablet keep a current update subscription, have an internet connection, and connection to Autel's server to work? If not what about 2018 and up with Secure Gateway Module? If the PIN number that was retrieved is recorded in the customer's owners manual for future reference , will that PIN number work again in the future to program a key in an all keys lost situation with a regular MaxiSys platform ? If not, is it a Rolling PIN # that changes over time and the current PIN# has to be retrieved by VIN # off Autel's server, or special software in IM608?

Is it possible to program keys on an 05 Toyota Highlander with only one programmed valet key with Maxisys Elite? I have no master keys. Only one programmed valet key. I have tried to get into program mode with the valet key, but will not work. The only other option I have not tried is all keys lost. I'm hesitant to try that in case I wind up erasing everything and than not having the car not start at all. Or if I get a master key and cut it, Will I be able to program that and the other keys with the Maxisys Elite?I have contacted Autel support, but I think I can get more knowledge out of a third grader.
@@caymanlocksmithandsafespec2185 If your only conserned on the lowest price. You can look on amazon but I dont recommend it. You should call autel new york and maybe they can give you a list of vendors.
Sorry but it seems overly complicated compared to my other programmers. Would like to see Volvo and Subaru push to start - all keys lost programming . This is everyday stuff to me and not a real challenge.
Hey Keyworx, I agree but all you need is the function route and its clockwork . You also have to realize some people in the audience are not at your level in terms of key coding. This video is for them. I think I might have a small demo on a volvo in one of my videos. The Subaru push start I havent came across yet with my clients.

I love that newer IM608 just pulls the PIN codes no hassle but the Elite was cheaper time has 2 years of updates versus one year of updates , so guessing I'll just have to deal with the hassle of trying to get PIN codes through google play token based phone App or dealer when the occasional Chrysler key programming opportunity arises. carkeyst.com/ It be nice if you had an economical option to expand the Immobilizer capability to the Maxi Sys platforms to a level 5 unit like you are able to add ADAS capability.
