AUTEL IM608 PRO A6/A7 AUDI 2012 ALL KEYS LOST (BCM2) 

A tip for people that worry about disconnecting the bcm2 plugs,watched another video and all he did was disconnect the battery at that point! :-) Saves possible damage of pins on bcm when replacing connections if you are a bit clumbsy! ;-)

I can confirm that a 2012 and a 2013 Audi A6 CS code is retrievable by just simply unhooking the BCM doing cold retrieval and plugging it back up. It calculates and brings the right in and I just snap a picture on the safe side. Key straight off Amazon programmed perfectly.

Why you misleading people!? You already had dealer key from the dealer. You can't make dealer key for this car without sync file. So basically you just learning a new key from the dealer, you don't make all keys lost!

This whole video is a lie and misleading, you didn't make dealer key and need synchro file, thats why you didn't show it starting

Hi Mike. Excellent video. Always very informative. Having an issue, wanted to understand. My audi a1 is keyless (start/stop) functionality. Both keys not working. I have got im508 with xp400 pro. Can Autel read data from car / cluster , even it’s ignition off. My keys not working, I don’t know how to relearn keys with keyless car? With emergency light on, will it read data & let me re-program/learn keys with car. Thanks.,

Just thinking if you are a locksmith and have call to do a key in any car like bmw , Audi or Range Rover and customer wants to add key or lost all the keys then which key would you program ? As there are 100 different cars and model and all the makes and models have different keys , it’s not possible to have all the keys in stock so what is the way round of it ?

Hi, nice video. A question plz. I was trying to add a spare key to my 2013 Audi A1 keyless (24c64 chip) model, but it failed & removed original key as well. Now I cannot switch on ignition. I used im508 with xp400 programmer. It doesn’t communicate with instrument cluster , with blinkers on, headlights on, brake pedal pressed. Does this process require g-box to communicate with dash module? I even used force ignition OBD tool but still no luck. I was able to retrieve immo data from engine ECU but couldn’t communicate with instrument cluster. Look forward to your reply.

Hi mate. I have keyless A6 2013 akl. I was able to read C's code with Obd like you but once I generate dealer code asking me for enter 32 byte synchronisation data code (hex)

I am confused. at what point did you pre coded the key?? can you show how to do that??? we all know you can not program a key without pre coding

Dude, you got me so good on this one. I watched it before going out to do the same job. You don't show the part about having to have the 32 digit code to generate the dealer key. Where did you buy it, because I'm sure you didn't go through connecting direct to the Ecm, tcm, and steering lock. Thanks for nothing!

Autel did not show to manually unplug yhe bcm and plug it back up. I thought it was full obd programming. So;ved my confusion mike

Is there any universal key which can be programmed on any car ? Just in case if you have to do a car like bmw and don’t have bmw key with and what would you do ?

I have done all keys lost and let me tell you something. What you are doing IS NOT ALL KEYS LOST. You just programmed a dealer key probably bought from Audi specific for this car.

This is a dealer key that already contained the synchro data. You CANNOT do AKL on the A6/A7/A8 unless you buy the precoded key from the dealership

This video is extremely misleading. You're putting people on a path to where they think they can make a key for this vehicle all-keys-lost purely through OBD in 10 minutes. If you have a blank key, you need to program it with the synchronize data which involves the ELV and BCM2 data. You state that you want to teach people everything about car keys yet you leave the most crucial step out.
