With over 85,000 employees across more than 6,000 locations nationwide, AutoZone is a major, major demonstration opportunity for Virta. Oddly, this testimonial doesn't really tell potential future clients anything concrete. "It's really great," is nice to hear. 100% of fee at risk is nice to hear. What about RESULTS?? AutoZone now has 3 serious competitive advantages: 1) employee retention and, 2) reduced health care expenditures, 3) decreased absenteeism/increased productivity... across the *entire* workforce, from counter sales to distribution to corporate. Huge.
