The final Trueblade in the series is finally getting her video! Surprising it took this long tbh. Lucia has some terrible offenses to work with, but because she has a decent Mag stat, she can circumvent some of her issues by using the Tempest Blade in scenarios where the Alondite/Vague Katti just don't do enough damage. And because she has incredible Skl, her accuracy is quite good, even with the 55% accurate Tempest Blade. She also has great Spd which lets her initiate and double a ton, but that's pretty standard among the rest of the Trueblades. The biggest thing going for her is the fact that she has Parity. Not as powerful as Nihil, but it lets her safely dispatch units that she can one-round without having to worry about mastery/other skills. The problem, as already stated with Lucia, is that she doesn't have the best offenses, so she doesn't get to use Parity as often as she would like to. She also has middling defenses, but with her 46 Res and Parity, she does really well as a mage killer between the magic bulk and Parity.

The unit with the higher base speed will initiate first. (If unit has Shade or Stillness they will always choose who goes first). If both units have the same speed, the unit whose video it is will go first.
For weapons, the unit who is faster chooses the weapon they want the unit they are attacking gets to choose a weapon to counter them with. The unit who attacks first, goes through all the possible weapon combinations and picks whatever situation would give them the best chance at victory. After the initial turn, the only time a unit can change their weapon is on their turn.
