I'll also use mayo instead of butter to get a super crispy crust. Bacon added, please. And, diagonal! Great quick lunch for me.

I cut sandwiches diagonally for cold cuts, BLT's and ones that hold together for easier eating. I cut salad sandwiches and ones that tend to fall apart straight so you are less likely to loose your fillings.
