@@Maxwelliouss see that requires a lot of sucking force so don't worry your dad didn't leave because your mom was cheating but because he couldn't accept her rigorous training schedule
@suilxrd I understand you were trying to be nice about it, but it came off a bit.. uh.. passive aggressive! But, there was also no reason to say that. You have all the right to state your opinion about what's funny and what's not, but at the same time you didn't have to be rude to someone over a joke that was silly and did no harm.
You know, I never noticed until I said it out loud, but, "I think there's someone in my kitchen" is a chilling sentence in the literal sense. Goosebumps up and down the arms.
Here are a couple others of the sort: I think there's someone in my bedroom. I think there's someone in my attic. I think there's someone in my bathtub. Someone's knocking on my window. I live on 20th floor.
I want you to imagine waking up one morning while it’s dark out, hearing your kitchen sink running, and walking by it while it’s pitch black, water flowing.
The scariest part of the maple county/mandela catalogue lore is that it harnesses the fear that humans get from the Uncanny Valley Principle. It's genuinely so offputting and honestly so well made.
@@lyinlion7q419 holy shit that’s kinda funny, I can’t even imagine how that must’ve felt! Idk if you saw the Walten files but the Susan dead yellow face probably had the same effect on me as doppelgänger Jesus did to you
these games make me realize how I used to be super scared of the super natural and now I'm honestly much more freaked out by the thought of a physical intruder and or stalker being anywhere near my home or my close ones.
Ok, Sean is practically producing his own horror films at the start of his videos now. Seriously though, that was amazing! Edit: Hah, you thought I would be grateful, get outta here. Also, thanks for the clout Edit 2: Cant believe you took my heart away...... ok Im sorry
When Jack's intro is scarier than the games he plays I realize that I am here for the personality because nothing is scarier than what opened the video.
Maple county was legitimately unsettling, but the one that got me curling my toes the most was the dish is out, I am so scared of being so completely out of control.
Jack, you seriously need to introduce yourself to the wonder of analog horror: Local 58, Mandela Catalog, Analog Archives, Gemini Home Entertainment, even Paranormal Paranoids.
The second game is an insanely accurate representation of my biggest fear. Something about uncanny, slightly off humans that are "imitating" what an actual human acts like *really* bothers me. It captured my biggest phobia flawlessly and it's so unsettling I love it.
Jack's been doing some good ones lately. The Curve video he watched last week was the most unsettling thing I have ever seen him react to, I've had nightmares like that.
@@MiLLz_. a lot of fears are “dumb”, I have a fear of being stung or getting injected even though nothing will happen and I know that, I’m still scared and get panic attacks when I need to get a vaccine
Me: *sits in a chair* "my bpm is 170" For no reason at all, and it doesn't make me feel sick neither I just can feel the beats, but I don't get dizzy or anything
loved the training tape one, that kinda stuff scares the crap out of me. things that are like found footage, and are presented as actually happening in our real world, scary stuff.
Creatures mimicking is the scariest thing ever. I think I’ve discovered a hidden fear, I think it’s terrifying when you obviously know that the creature mimicking isn’t someone you know and is very obviously distorted and weird but it’s still it’s trying it’s hardest to lure you. In the Mandela catalogue (which is what the game is based off of) a character is locked in his room for days because a creature keeps trying to lure him out of his door, the creature laughs and tells him that there’s a surprise and that he should open the door, what a terrifyingly impossible situation that gives me the creeps whenever I think about it.
Welp. Its 8 pm and I barely slept last night. Now Im gonna watch this series and stay awake. For my will isn't strong enough for me to simply sleep. I'll tell you what I think of the series
for real tho, i just clicked on the video and then checked another tab and i was so confused when i didnt hear anything so i came back thinking i had it muted and somehow that still startled me
The scariest part of this is the intro when I remember that Jack is a human being and stays silent and checks lighting and camera angles before shouting the intro
I half expected Anti to pop up and say “did you miss me?” Jack should seriously make a horror movie with Anti as the main villain with all the other personas as the other characters.
Teresa Bejma After that intro, how do know the Anti didn't just take over!? He's been playing a lot of horror games lately. Something feels weird. Well, I love when he plays horror games so I'm not complaining but I keep feeling like Anti is planning something...
Bruh yes. I've been watching Anti content recently because I wasn't here when all of that started. And so when I saw the glitch on the screen I started crying inside.😭🤣
Dude, the intro was fucking amazing, I was literally thinking "Anti?!" the entire time. I was shook during the whole thing, Bravo to you and Robin. That's talent!
Same here! The intros have been so elaborate and they're getting more Anti like, so every time I just pleadingly say "Anti...?" with slight hope for that giggle. Even so, these intros have been genuinely terrifying and amazing, Anti or no Anti lol
@@blackfirephoenix3839 Agreed! Even if it's Anti or not, these intros are seriously amazing. I REALLY hope we'll be able to see anti again, it would be so cool!
Intro sequence? Jack was acting his ass off through the whole video with the voice acting. And Robin was the one who made it work the entire time. Big potential from these guys.
Most of the time these things don't get me, like even in the mortuary game with the old lady, but I actually got shivers and an audible reaction! So good!
I'm so happy you played Maple County! Thorne makes great music too, under 'Teenage Disaster'. It was weird seeing two of my faves together in one video lol
Jacks acting in the intro was amazing, and the editing and everything about it was awesome. He should definitely have more acting roles. Maybe more with Ryan Renolds?
23:04 My mom does 911 dispatch for a living, and throughout my life she’s told me about callers, and I’ve been to her work and listened in on calls. 100% I’ve heard and heard of callers like this. He did a god job here.
I was thinking the same thing... the Maple County thing creeped me out the most, but all of them got me in some way. Maple county was too real with that call though
The opening was honestly pretty scary but I was honestly prepared for a jump scare but the first thing I instantly heard was... "THE DISH IS OUT" On full volume because I thought I didn't have my volume up during the opening. That scared me for about 2 seconds and then I started to laugh like crazy and turned down the volume at the same time.
@@misstigerrose I used to drink tea watching his horror videos but I once splashed tea everywhere cause I was so startled by a jumpscare so I stopped doing that lol
I’m glad Jack likes analog horror, I can’t wait for him to watch the Mandela Catalog. I would love for him to watch The Walten Files as well, I think he would love it
I was scared for months after watching one of your scariest videos on the internet, just because it was so realistic and seemed real. Now that im older i think im ready to rewatch it.
man this whole ''creatures pretending to be people you know but looking off'' thing reminds me a lot of a childhood nightmare i had, where i woke up in my house, but it was like an alternate dimensions, i saw my dad and my mum but i knew they were different, their faces were all morphed and they just clearly felt wrong. And each time i went back to bed id wake up in a new reality, with them looking a little different each time
Maple County gives me so much anxiety. The whole fact that it’s playing with your senses and toying with your brain on the whole uncanny valley stuff, is just majorly unsettling. I have issues with unreality and having seen Mark’s video on it first gave me major creeps. Props to the makers of Maple County for achieving the desired affect!
after binge watching analog horror videos then coming to watch your channel and seeing that intro, which i’ve never seen you do before, i was genuinely freaked out 😂 thought i transcended into another dimension
I severely appreciate Jack's style of horror in this intro. I'm always on edge with horror cause jumpscares give me lingering anxiety, but suspense horror hits that perfect sweet spot of unnerving and unsettling, just enough to make me paranoid but not enough to make my chest physically hurt. Good stuff!
Leave it to Jack to scare me half to death with his intros. Nothing tops watching the first pumpkin carving video when I was younger, it's crazy to see all the improvement with editing and acting!!! Such great content.
I notice at the start of the video jacks arms are longer in his shadow and considering most people don’t notice that is was pretty smart for him to do that
The beginning just feels like an asmr and damn I'm here for it, over all you're a great RU-vidr and being me through a few hard days and I can't thank you enough for creating videos 💜 thanks
