In this video, Serg from DT Performance (Union, NJ) replaces the oil separator (positive crankcase ventilation valve or pcv), thermostat, water pump, and coolant pipe on my 2010 Audi B8 S4. Considering that this video is a vlog and not a DIY, I've added parts diagrams and part numbers in the video for those looking for more information regarding this installation.

TORQUE SPECS:
Thermostat Bolt- 9 Nm
Water Pump Bolt (connects the pump to the engine block)- 9 Nm
Water Pump Pulley Bolt (connects the pulley to the water pump)- 20 Nm
PCV Bolt- 9 Nm
Supercharger Nut- 20 Nm
Intake Manifold Bolt(bottom section)- 9 Nm
High Pressure Fuel Pipes (Hardlines):
Fuel Pipe to Threaded Connection- 27 Nm
Threaded Connection to the Fuel Rail- 40 Nm
During disassembly and assembly be careful not to damage any of the plastic engine components (SAI hoses, coolant pipes, etc.) with force. Gradual heat can be applied to the thermostat to help loosen it from the front coolant pipe. Always clean engine surfaces before gasket installation.
